i heared s2x ios is somthing that helps but im not sure what to do with it

To help troubleshoot your issue please run Syscheck and test all IOS on your Wii by following this guide:
https://wii.guide/syscheck

When it's done it will generate and display a syscheck.csv file.

If you have an SD, power down the Wii and insert the SD into a PC. Drag and drop the syscheck.csv file from the root of your SD into chat.

If you don't have an SD, you will get an error. Just continue until the report is displayed. You will need to upload photos of the entire report.

also over on wiiflow it does detects my games on both thumbdrive and sdhc but hard crashes wii u when launch

If you don't remember installing the patched IOS80, do that too
