Yeah u didn't have cIOS installed properly so not much of anything would load properly with USB Loader GX

If you get any errors while using d2x-cios-installer, please:
-Verify the Wii has a successful internet connection test
-Verify the Wii's DNS settings are set to Auto-Obtain.
-Try redownloading and reinstalling d2x-cios-installer from the cIOS guide
-Try using the offline method
