Any idea how to fix this?

run Syscheck and test all IOS on your Wii by following this guide:
https://wii.guide/syscheck

When it's done it will generate and display a syscheck.csv file.

If you don't have an SD, you will get an error. Just continue until the report is displayed. You will need to upload photos of the entire report.

If you have an SD, power down the Wii and insert the SD into a PC. Drag and drop the syscheck.csv file from the root of your SD into chat.

Your cIOS is not entirely correct but fixing it wouldn't fix your issue.

Also this

insert the drive into your PC, then search in windows for cmd and press enter.
in the command prompt, type chkdsk x: but replace x with the letter for your USB flash drive.
then screenshot the output.

Looking to verify the following:
Drive is 64gb or less: Formatted to FAT32 with 32kb (32768 bytes) in each allocation unit.
Drive is larger than 64gb: Formatted to FAT32 with 64kb (65536 bytes) in each allocation unit.

If you have a different allocation unit size backup your data and reformat to FAT32 with the correct allocation unit size for your drive.

hey man i got a problem, when i try to format my SD to fat32 via guiformat, the allocation unit resets to 128bytes.

#

but in guiformat it says 32768 bytes but in file manager it says 128 bytes

It's probably fine if you reformatted it
