Doing a factory reset won't remove Bootmii, Priiloader, or any cIOS.

There's usually little benefit to doing a factory reset if you are going to continue using the Wii and not selling it

If you just wanna update your homebrew mods, I suggest following our Wii modding guide from the beginning: https://wii.guide/get-started

It's perfectly safe to do even if your Wii is already modded.
