It explains what file types are supported and how to convert ISO/nkit.gcz to nkit.iso.

Nkit.iso is ideal on the Wii because it plays perfectly and is much smaller than a full ISO.

If you don't want to download a new game, Dolphin should be able to convert a .rvz to ISO. Then you can convert that ISO to nkit.iso by following that pinned guide in #support-text:
