Highly recommend Tell Me Why if you're a fan of the Life is Strange series. It's an incredibly story rich game that can be quite heavy at some points but lighthearted at others. You can also usually get every chapter for free in June

Therapy with Dr. Albert Krueger. It's a really short horror game with three endings. I played it and really enjoyed it. I really liked the characters as well. very fun, 10/10, I think people would enjoy it!

Death Road to Canada. You're in a zombie apocalypse and the only safe place is Canada (because zombies don't like the cold or something), so you have to travel there and try not to die. You can create your own characters and form a team. that's pretty much the short version of it 👍

I’d suggest Omori or oneshot.
Both are rpg games. Oneshot is a puzzle game with an amazing story and amazing characters, same with Omori, but it’s less about puzzles and more about actual rpg elements.
