Allow deco tether to function with thruster yaw/pitch

Currently, out of all the functionally tilting items in the Air tab, only Propellers and Custom Pivots have decos rotate in accordance to the set Orientation when tethered to the tilted block.
Small and Large Jets, Ions, and Custom Jets keep them straight regardless of setting, as pictured. (All jets set to 15* Yaw. Yellow is tethered to the thruster block, pink is tethered to an untilted block.)
I genuinely don't know if this is a bug, but given the consistency of what is and is not affected by tilt, it feels like a missed feature.

Not quite the same thing, but it would be nice to have some visual indication of the orientation of the thruster (i.e. which way positive pitch is) without having to do trial and error.

In fact, water props already have the directional placement marker. (The rectangle with an arrow on top.) It seems odd that it’s not consistent across propulsion types.

could we also get deco tether for missile hatches

The props and controll surfaces 'attach' to other blocks of a like type. While cje exust and regular jets dont.

Probably why its the way it is rn.
