Think the blueprint is corrupt melch, changing the shield values at all doesn't turn them on. Very weird.

@eager lance You need to set your shields to 10 (or whatever you want the base value to be.) The "drive factor" modulates the base value of the shield.
0 x 0 = 0
0 x 10 = 0
