travel time very much depends on where they are tho
so not the same time for different vehicle

Couldn't you design a in game counter that starts simultaneously while setting off a nuke?

Hell I think ACBs could do that
I designed an in-game counter that starts simultaneously with the vehicle taking any damage and stops when the vehicle's health is fully refilled
It's more precise than a nuke when you want an exact amount of blocks destroyed
