you can just place main-object blocks there
im not sure what you mean. i want it so stuff attached to top AND bottom remains stationary. the only way i see of doing this is to put another spinblock underneath and sync it in reverse which would be a pita
normal spinblocks can do this, do you mean allowing main object blocks to stay connected on the top of a spinblock?
no i mean to stop the top of the spinblock from spinning
Place it on the main object
dont place it on the subobject if you dont want it to spin
if you want to place main object blocks above a spinblock and connect through it you can use light blocks
wdym? how?
Yes! This and turrets please
You can use the invisible blocks to connect the top to the main vehicle, spin blocks and stuff can go through them
That’s true, but the light blocks are so fragile it creates super vulnerable builds. This would be a nice quality of life improvement for people wanting non rotation parts on turrets or coaxial turrets on their craft.
can just allow blocks to connect to spinblocks
almost like theres a block specifically designed for attaching to things without attachment points
i actually forgot about these guys earlier
