I think you should think about finishing it by considering chord choices that can possibly lead up to the section in this clip. Perhaps you can find a niche way to add some samples or percussion elements that speak volumes in the silence and shine in the sustain of the chord

I do feel like you are more than capable to add a beautiful layered hit when we come back out of that rit

maybe that could be your big shining moment in the song :)

of course! I haven't had too much exposure to this genre that are meant to last longer than a clip but I see all your intention!
