first time making any sort of house music, having trouble what to put in the B section to make it more interesting

maybe you could experiment with percussion elements that dont land on 1, 2, 3, and 4. Some artists when making house tracks add irregular percussion that plays catchup on the next bar
Perhaps you can add melodic elements too. It doesn't have to be a leading melody, but something that structures your chords more
