#Tempo Based Speed in Effects, Stacking, Arpeggios, Etc.?

I am trying to make a track, and there are some arpeggios, stacking, and effects in use. I would like to adjust the tempo for my project. I don't want to adjust the speed of every single Speed wheel in every effect.
Is there a way to just give values like that an option to select 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, etc. notes? But also be able to select speed in Milliseconds too? Like an option to switch in-between the two?
If not, can you consider this a feature request?

I don't want to adjust the speed of every single Speed wheel in every effect.
That is only option.
