#different style than usual

kinda cool, but i feel like the piano riff is pretty dang repetitive (no offense) and kinda slow at the start, but for the rest cool
I really like this. it's really warm and easy on the ears. That square synth and the drums truly take me back to the minecraft music discs.
I don't find the piano super repetitive but it could use some variability. For example, I'd fade the piano into a low pass at around 0:34 and ease it out at 0:48. after that, it could be nice to add a subtle flanger with very low frequency to change the sound gradually and even add some further automations of eq, reverb etc.
these are just some ideas, it's on you whether it fits your creative vision of the track tho
I love the 1:42 section. I'm really curious about how you achieved that
ill try the flanger and lowpass, thanks
also its a triangle synth 🤓
as for the outro, its mostly the same piano except for more delay, no quantization, and whatever i did here
ah gotcha. lol I'm very bad with these things
I hear some kind of detuning thing happening in the outro tho
soundin good. I'd totally listen to an album of this
maybe
ok flanger and lowpass added
+changed the first kick, not sure if i like it yet
mmm, try adding some resonance to the low pass cut. that way when going back up to the high spectrum there's more excitement. I prefer the other kick sound personally, but I think you should layer them and find a sweet spot in between
thansk
personally i feel like the clap/snare(?) instrument doesn't fit in the mix. maybe it needs a bit of reverb, or just a different sound, not sure. it's kind of dry and plastic sounding, when some other timbre might fit in better.
overall it sounds good to me, though a bit short. you could definitely repeat some of the first half, at least
ill work on the snare, but it was always supposed to be short
?
i like how that sounds. kinda subtle difference but it's way more interesting
and it feels like it's a part of the mix now
cool
I think it fits in more with the rest of the song now
