You can always open lmms, open the files from the new directory and resave
Or you have this option which works only on .mmp files
Open the mmp file using a text editor, rename the tag which contains the old path with the new path
Oh really? Why the it saves the files in MMPZ?
Mmpz is actually compressed mmp. You can disable it in lmms settings if you want.
Why? Is it really that smaller in size?
It should be smaller. I haven't checked it to be sure.
Thanks. And good year to you too.
Why? Is it really that smaller in size?
Significantly smaller About 15-16 times compression! on disk -But most modern pc' has disks of TB size and then it is really of no consequence.
Using MMPZ as default save format has implication for rescuing projects. If something goes wrong MMP**Z **saved project is not rescueable whereas MMP-projects often can be rebuild manually
Oh I see your point then.
