In the same directory where you have lmms.exe you have a folder named plugins
Do you have files
RemoteVstPlugin64.exe
and
vstbase.dll
In that folder?

#

you mean

#

the lmms plugin folder?

#

i have both of them

#

Also vstbase.dll?
You showed us 32 & 64 of RemoteVSTplugin

#

bruh i sent it too

#

anyways

#

it's there too

#

and everytime i try to load a project that had vestige in it this appears

#

that part in portuguese means ''wasn't possible to find the specific procedure''

#

and vestige is there

#

i guess im coming back to 1.2.2 😭

# hearty flame i guess im coming back to 1.2.2 😭

You cant.
Projects saved in 1.3 cant be used in 1.2.2
You need a 1.3 for those projects. And this is where i get competely baffled.
1.3 has not been updated for YEAR!
Only NIGHTLY are updated, and no nightly has been pushed to 1,3
If you have used 1.3 earlier, there are NO reason in LMMS for that to have stopped. It must be something you have done on your PC. Some setting that prevents VST ao remoteVSTprocess to run, and you are not alone. Other has VST-issues as well.
win-update(?) But I have not been inflected and i have newest win-update, but i have win-10! Are you on win10 or 11?

eleven

#

ahhh

#

now the plot leans in a specific direction

#

remoteVSTprocess is a middlelayer for VST2
Steinberg -the owner of VST has stopped supporting VST2
Could MS have made a win-update that forgot VST2 ?!???

#

i dont have any idea

#

but i guess not

#

because this bug doesn't happens all the time

#

when i restart lmms at least 3 times vestige appears again

It could be that Win11 has some odd DLL loading edge cases

I am currently on Linux, I just know what the boundary is between OS and user code
