work in progress. gonna replace the vocal samps with a gal pal singer. i'm thinking of switching the order of the sections, so the middle comes first

feels like too much reverb on everything, or a lack of eq-ing before it

in particular it feels like you have reverb on the bass, which is something that I very very rarely recommend because it usually makes the muddiest sound known to humans

also it seems like your reverb is way too wet, in that you're letting the reverb through and about none of the original dry signal. I would recommend a mix of both instead

some other tips:

try toning down the reverb on the hihat, and vary the velocity so the volumes are different per note, this should make it sound much more like a real hihat
