a few people have tried 3d printing the models but they ended having to completely rebuild them
its not a simple click and print im afraid
but if you want to try your hand at it use an unreal engine exporter there are many I use Umodel
then load them into your 3d model program of choice
if you want to use blender you need the psk importer plugin (the 2.8 version works for 3.0+)

You basically are describing how my highschool experience was, because I couldn't do anything I wanted at day I did it at night, you should consider getting melatonin and tracking your sleep, maybe schedule something with your doctor to see if you can get diagnosed with any sleeping disorders if those things dont help
