Not too far off, the system we’re using is a homebrew our GMs made so there aren’t any specific classes, but basically our roles/races are (since we’re the crew of a train) human physician/healer, human artificer/engineer, dwarf conductor, human bartender, and godling bard, it’s a sorta whimsical setting so gods/godlings walk among normal people and stuff.

@bright coral lots of layers for each value and for each character their colors are in different groups. Adjustment layers and layer options help a lot
It's a lot of trial and error to see which colors work best
but I usually start off with a mid tone and then for rendering it I get a lighter and darker color, usually want the darker color on skin to have a purplish/redish hue to help get the idea that they're a living thing across
