Well, I based this tank hull from Valentine,Matilda,Churchill,IS-1,Scorpions tank and turret is from Charioteer MK VII,Chi-Ri II,IS-6,KV-220 and rocket is 10 pounder Tulip and this tank concept is base on KV-5,Sherman firefly.

Tip for any character drawing is getting down the basics for realistic human proportions, even if you want to draw cartoony/anime characters. It helps with abstracting, if you actually know what you are abstracting.
(This btw doesnt mean you have to draw realistic, but practice is always helpfull)
