what I do is I name layers as I make them based off of what they are kinda like what was recommended

it wouldn’t be that hard naming everything now, going through layer by layer and moving the entire layer and seeing what gets moved

then ctrl + z and rename according to what was moved

Commander cupola is actually super important on tanks

Not only is it how the commander can spot without being exposed, in later tanks they installed ring-mounted rotating MGs the commander could use (the coolest ones you could shoot from inside)

It was especially used on the PZ4

The commander had a little rod they could move around and fire it remotely without showinng any part of themselves

It was definitely a vulnerable point on tanks with them though as they were usually only protected against small arms and could deflect a shell inside the tank

And of course having your commander blown up sucks

One of the scaariest hits was if a shell penetrated the cupola but was stopped enough to trigger the detonation, meaning it would explode inside teh commanders compartment and vaporize the entire crew

It's easier and faster to just go straight to the rendering process if you are drawing with a mouse. Skip lines and go right to painting via volume instead.

If you wanna do lines with a mouse, it's totally doable but you are probably gonna take a while. Just draw how you would normally draw but take things hella slowly. Most software probably have a Pen Tool to make things easier.
