Personally I would take preference in a more normal steam loco because the last locomotives you pulled up are all streamlined and meant for passenger transport. How about something like a kriegslok or a pazerzug just means an armored train. this is a reply was meant for the trains above the last few posts

But that’s just personal preference I would love to see different designs for wardens and colonials

For warden stuff, its mostly rectanges and full circles. Its not very round, even though people seem to assume so.
Some changes I made were to keep the overall shape, but block it out a bit more. Moved the coupla to the side to give room for breach, and flattened out the turret a bit more.

(and dont forget the massive visible exaust gear as thats extremely warden :P)

The sleeve gun is fine, although Id personally bring it back a little bit to smooth out the rest of the barrel

running gear wise, I widened the tracks apart a bit more to give the front of the tank a bit more presence. tracks that are too close together are also more likely to throw so a wider stance is more practical

I also added a bit of a sloped area to bring the tracks higher in the front for a bit more of a prewar/ earlywar feel

For the drivers position, the circular one is fine but I dislike it because it leaves no room for the driver at all

so for this, I separated the circle in half with an extra flat chunk, to try and keep that feel while adding practicality

Warden locomotives of the northern tundra would be built specifically to plough through the snow and ice without slowing down, most likely heavily armoured for that purpose and also against AT weapons thrown against it, they basically are giant armoured snowploughs.

for the town I suggest the Bird view perspective.
