these boots should be a different shape, these look more like loafers

these legs also have little contrast and are a different angle, which makes the one on the right look a lot longer

Helmet and uniform are different colors, and also way too dark and non-contrasting

You may want to consider giving this guy a coat if you want him to look like a soldier

Not really. If you build your tank force with all children crew in mind you could make more tanks with the same resources as you would with tanks build for adults

Think of it like comparing German 5 crew tanks to French 2 crew tanks.

Pz II and H35 have roughly the same weight but Hotchkiss has much thicker armour because its smaller internal volume

Well, children for crew sounds kinda good, but what about maintenance? Maybe some kind of joint operation?
Adults for maintenance which needs more expertise and muscle and children for crew? Also I think we talked about it couple of months ago.
