Okay i figured it out. Turns out i had a corrupt file that didnt get detected the first time i tried to verify the game. I had to uninstall and install it into my other hardrive and verify. No doubt this is because of the issues im having with my Hard drive. Anyways thanks for the help guys!

- Ask a friend to get you a Linux Ubuntu installer.
- Boot it up and choose "test linux" or something like that.
- Insert a pendrive or something
- You should be able to access "windows" files with linux file manager.
- Get your files out, do whatever you want.
If you can't do either of those bcs "it won't boot or something" well rip. if you can't boot trial try installing, you'll probably format the whole hard drive and allocate everything back to windows anyway once you reinstall the os

Reinstalling windows (I've had to do it multiple times) normally saves all the files on your C drive, it will wipe any other drives though
It's also much easier if you installed windows yourself, not if its a prebought computer because then you have the copy of windows which was used

@tribal cave If it's doing that disk repair over and over, it's a symptom of a bad HDD. Basically you have bad sectors where Windows has stored files to be used in the booting of your OS. Your best bet to get the data is either the external enclosure as above (though this is not a guarantee because your HDD is failing), the Linux boot disc (again, not a guarantee), or having a computer repair shop do a data recovery.
Source: I own and run a computer repair shop :P
Normally we run a Linux utility that does a forensic grade recovery, but it's not easy to set up and requires both a Linux install on another computer and a HDD of larger size than the one you're recovering.

I've deleted the game and later was trying to reinstall it. After installing i was unable to start the game - game crashs.
After verifying game files Steam says that 1 file was corrupt and starts downloading file of 1.3GB. While game is been updated/verified Disc is been used for 100%, causing other programs to freeze every few minutes.
After file been downloaded and installed by Steam, game keeps crashing. Sometime it's game's (not windows) "Fatal Error", sometime it's "UE4 low level error", once i was able to start a game but it crashed with game's "Fatal error" when i joined faction home region and then tried to join skirmish region.
This was happening yesterday (untill i somehow was lucky to game been installed properly and play it without crashes) and keeps happening today (after i deleted the game and tried to reinstall it).
Most annoying is 100% Disc usage that freezes the whole system (process can take up to 30minutes). I think it's not OK

So: 1,3gb file is .pak of the game which is basically whole game files file, 100% disc usage is caused by Steam itself, and i'm sure there's probably a youtube tutorial on that matter. For Fatal error and UE4 error check pinned message with link for common problems. @junior bough

@glass sky yeah it's a common bug that occurs in different states, ur client shows different state of vehicles, ask some1 to get in to ur truck or run away 100-200m from it and run back

found bug while upgrading town hall from tier 1 to tier 2. it was 50/50 so i started upgrade with CV, but didnt have bmats, so "blue town hall tier 2" dissapeared. After i put bmats in CV i got massage "garrison size is too small" (now its 0/50).

Downloaded some update of 30.5 mb, tried to play as Warden, I was at lobby island, I chose Great March map and it was loading and suddenly the screen turned red and my laptop restarted.
I was playing 6 hours ago, I played for 4 hours straight as Warden in Reaching Trail with no problems at all so the first update of around 600 mb was okay for me

It broke down and I am to send it back to get my money back BUT I'm allowed to remove the harddisk. You can only change factions for the first 6 minutes until it locks you, then the game locks you to 1 faction. However, during skirmishes you can ask the mods to be switched factions

hmm ping isn't too bad, but the upload speed is pretty low. If this is a laptop, I'd try using Ethernet just to be sure. Past that, I recommend shutting down everything and starting up, and closing any program that starts up automatically - you would want to check the taskbar bottom right corner to make sure of this. See steps 3 and 4.
I wouldn't even open Discord when performing this test as well.

My game says the persistent war is unavailable in the red box above "Join the War"
I've tried restarting Steam and the machine and waiting it out to see if it was a connection issue, nothing worked
