Actually on top of that, note for me the model of your router as well (I know there's a specific bunch of routers that has issues with voice related stuff where QoS or Quality of Service seems to have an effect

Essentially, Netgera N300, R6220, and a few others have issues with UDP and QoS pertaining to certain voice packets, but it's such a hard issue to reproduce

First, ensure that you have the latest Windows updates installed. If that doesn't work, try this solution offered by a user from another UE4 engine game:

When's the last time you've let Windows install all it's updates? There's an issue with the C++ 2015 runtime not being able to work properly in Windows 7 without a certain patch. You could try uninstalling both the x86 and x64 versions and making sure Windows 7 is completely up-to-date and restart before attempting the runtime installs.

Make sure you're uninstalling the C++ 2015 x86 and x64 runtimes from the add/remove programs utility in Windows before each attempt, and make sure you're installing the runtimes from the official Windows download, rather than the ones packaged with the game: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

After that, if they still don't install correctly, opening an administrative command prompt and running the sfc /scannow command could fix some additional things. Restart the system and try the runtime installs again after that, too.

Hey guys I think I found a bug this time.

The bug if anyone wants to help me test it is that right clicking out of a stockpile when it doesn't have the full right click still takes the full right click time. so if you right clicked and there was only 1 left then it still takes the full right click time instead of the short 1/left click time.

hmm, let me try to understand this:
when you use a stockpile using a truck, you can right click to get 3 items. I takes longer than a single click single item of course. If there are less than 3 items in the stockpile, taking them still takes the full 3-item duration.

Not sure how this started but I was riding in a truck, and tried to use my "destroy structure" and "Advance position" orders. They wouldnt work, so i got out and tried, my entire right side of commands didnt work. I then found out that i couldnt use any items. my gun wouldnt aim or fire... i cant even punch. I tried relogging and even switched my mouse. still doesnt work. id attach a screenshot but it doesnt show anything... just me standing there...

Don't know if this is a bug or not but it should be fixed. In the join a faction screen, the positions of warden and colonials are random, whenever I connect or reconnect to a server they can swap positions. I just ended up joining the wrong side because I went to click where the warden icon was but it had swapped to colonial.

Locking a truck doesn't prevent someone who already opened it's inventory to keep transferring items. You can even lock the truck while in it's inventory to safely rummage around it.

Probably a repost, but-
Collision problem:
If two players bump into eachother while, for example, one of the two is hopping walls or getting out of a vehicle, one or both can be launched to quite spectacular distances.

Not sure of the exact trigger and conditions for this, might also be a desync thing, I'd have to run tests.

Is the truck Coalition Claimed
Is the truck Locked to you (as in, you can control the lock with L yourself)
Are you in that coalition if it's coalition locked (I assume so)
Driver seat I assume?

It'll definitely be fixed, probably in a general bugfix or quality of life update. It doesn't always happen and i assume it isn't high on the list at the moment. But I bet it will be fixed.

when i try to scroll the chat (to see previous messages), it tends to disappear. This is not a bug per se, the chat disappears because of it's fade out time. When you scroll the chat the text field is not in focus any more so the fade out countdown kicks in. But it shouldn't disappear because it looks like a bug :)
The proposed fix is that scrolling the chat window should reset the fade out time. Also consider having the mouse over the chat window (when visible) to also reset the fade out time.

Forgot to make screenshots, but last thursday I managed to get stuck in a bunker. Kept saying 'exit obstructed', for no apparent reason. It was out in the open, on a bit of an incline, so maybe the back/front was clipping in the floor somewhat? Can't tell.

Bug: The new line of sight mechanic has some flaws in what it hides, for example in these images the tunnel is hidden by some sandbags, this also happens with gun turrets behind sandbags and behind pillboxes

Bullet impacts next to players at a standing stance has them jump around frantically and turning them at random directions

If bullets impact next to players in a prone stance, he jumps from his prone stance violently and keeps switching from prone to standing to prone rapidly, also keeps them turning around

The construction vehicle has a problem with bridges. When you want to drive off a bridge but there is an open gate right in front of that bridge you cant leave the bridge while driving in a 90° angle to the gate.

@languid wigeon If you haven't, try verifying the steam file integrity. Past that, Foxhole inherits whatever the default sound device is. So make sure your speaker or headset is set as default, whichever one you want to use

@hazy elk The most important ones in this case would be to make sure that graphics drivers are up to date and so on. Also, find out if he's got integrated graphics (like the IntelHD graphics) or a physical graphics card. Integrated graphics has a lot of trouble with games and often causes issues like this (too low power).

Also, making sure that Windows is up to date is a good thing as well.

the only way to leave the map screen is to right click, then select cancel (not remove), then it is ok to leave the map screen

Find Foxhole error logs at C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Foxhole\Saved\Logs
Use a archiving software like 7-zip or winrar to zip the logs into a single archive if there are multiple logs
Email the log(s) to foxhole@clapfootgames.com so the developers can help you with your problem

It's because it's trying to scale it for 4:3 in a really weird way.

When a player in a foxhole, and another tries to upgrade it, they can grief to kick you out because you cannot be in a blueprint. Either the player in the foxhole need a dialog selection to evacuate or remain; or at least a count down that they can cancel so AFK players are non-blocking. Or to be able to upgrade with an occupant.

yeah first restart your pc, update drivers, verify steam cache and then if nothing helps, do the following

Find Foxhole error logs at C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Foxhole\Saved\Logs
Use a archiving software like 7-zip or winrar to zip the logs into a single archive if there are multiple logs
Email the log(s) to foxhole@clapfootgames.com so the developers can help you with your problem

Ok so there is a huge bug where the enemy's player model is violently shaking
