forgot to put resource nodes in two hexes
Got stuck in this spot
When change using TAB stockpiles it crop a name. After that if moveover mouse from seaport and move back it show full name.
I confirm that bug is still hapenning
This is normal, happens most wars. It is just the hexes it happened to this war are different

… missing, but long overdue, QoL was not even the last straw that broke the camel back. Planes and legacy unbalance did, 65% of the playerbase just wanted most planes gutted from game.
Cannot submit anything from the small train (from the driver). Still works by getting on the wagon and submitting with left click

Yeah devs somehow broke small train submitting with their broken bandaid patch U64 … their spaghetti code is just unforgiving 😂

same happen to us, what I found is that not moving you can still submit them, but if you get away from the point you pull resource you can not longer do it

The BMS mineseeker is in a bugged state with the BMS railtruck
If you have more than 1 BMS Railtruck on it you are unable to use the inventory menu to submit items (can still pull items)
You are able to jump onto the seat of the carts and submit it that way otherwise you have to grab it manually and submit
seaport cranes in treasury are broken
This is literally killing most of facility gameplay
If u spam click things in armory as soon as they pop up, they disappear

I was at hamlet on colonial side with an SMG and was vaulting and building a lot, that's all I really remember. Then when the round restarted I had the first person thing.

<@&203548617481388034> I can elaborate more on the First Person thing as it has happened to me a couple of times I tried to get a deeper look into it. It doesn't seem to happen during normal play but, by alt tabbing out of the game during the "result screen" and then getting back on when the round starts the first person camera seems to increase its chance of happening, the bug never happened to me without alt tabbing out of the game. The only way I've found to fix is by leaving the server.. If possible, one time I couldn't call the menu and leave the game. I thought this was already a known bug, saw a user experiencing it and the player said he would report it oh D:..
Also, there's a different bug that can happen in the same fashion of alt tabbing during the result screen, the camera stays isometric but this time a big black transluscent box will appear in the middle of the screen along with "abandon game" box on bottom. the only way to fix this is to Alt + F4, you can't click the "abandon game" box nor you can press ESC to call the menu. However this one only happened to me twice.
There's one more bug :3... By exiting the shallow part of the river in 'The Crossing' and entering the deeper part you may die and fall endlessly through the floor forcing one to leave the server as the player would be unnable to respawn, Saw it happens to other players, and once to myself recently.
Sometimes I get locked for 0.5-1s after I shoot with my rifle. But most of the time when I shoot I instantly can move again

Not an in game bug report but some routers/ISPs have flagged the foxhole website as malicious which blocks people from accessing it
on the server ending with 84 I was WO1 rank earlier today. However, it seems that I'm now back at Ssgt

at the very corner of land in I9 (map doesnt match up btw) you can fall off the water crossing and spawn infinite death packs as you fall. Also, the mouse lockes even when you alt-tab 😦

One that isn't in there is that you can still punch and stuff by left clicking while the map is open.
Oh! Also found the reason why @mighty pawn 's friend couldn't be seen. There's a bug with prone where you can be laying down and your name will sometimes dissapear.
And a lot of the trees in the J6 area don't have collision as well.
If a player is standing and gathering resources while standing in the position of a respawning resource node, they will get stuck inside it.
You can place a bunch of barricades and other buildings to get around foxholes.
If a teammate throws a grenade at you and you lay down, the crater becomes stuck to your feet and follows around below you.
You can phase into the plaza factory on respawn by placing a tent next to it.
Also, when zooming in on the new map, it also makes the text on locations smaller. In some cases it makes it near unreadable.
Another one. While it doesn't really mean anything, Colonial players and build an outpost inside the Warden base.
Apparently after a certain point people won't be able to hammer the outpost tent anymore. (This is according to Steelgate, not me.)
@queen night Thanks a bunch for taking the time to document the issues and provide screenshots. We will look into fixing some of these issues in the future.

bug/exploit: When you build a ghostwall, foxholes will not shoot at them. You can therefore block a foxhole with an unbuild wall (temporary) and then start building it to make the foxhole useless
^ forgot to mention that one. You can also use the ghostwalls to bypass foxholes.
By building more and moving behind it before the last one dissapears.
One of the buildings on the southeast side of the abandoned ward can't be entered through the southern door. This is in both the live and the dev build.

If you die with a hammer in your hand and your rifle unequipped, you seem to respawn with no rifle. Is that a bug or intended?

Something like that happened to me, Idk where exactly but in the war that ended in the last few hours, the colonial base I was spawning at near the river/bridge spawned me at D11 instead.
It happened to me as well. We'll look into it.

I was building a foxhole, I pressed F1 to look how many players as at waht side. When the foxhole was finished I left the "F1 screen" and even when I stopped pressing the left mouse button the character keep bashing that foxhole wiht a hammer.
Using "Tab" to access the inventory didnt work unless I pressed it at least 5 times. I managed to unequip the hammer, But it did not sovle to problem, the character kept swinging his fists into empty air.
I tried equiping the rifle and shooting but nothing changed.
Had to leave the game and join again

same happened to me
I tried opening chat while hammering mats, then pull my gun out when enemy showed up and I got stuck with swinging motion and my inventory open
I am trying to reproduce it. So far i only learned that if you press left mouse button and then open map or "F1 screen" then you can put your finger off the mouse button and your character will keep hammering even after you leave the map or the "F1 screen"
But the character will stopp after you click.
There must be something more happening
It can also happen with the escape or tab screen

repro:
- equip hammer
- start hammering
- while hammering, press "tab" key several times to engage inventory UI
- unequip the hammer
- now you are stuck st swinging your fists
I did it by. hold hammer. open chat/close so its swinging and i dont have to hold it down myself, then opened inventory and switched to gun mid swing and inventory got stuck open
stand in tehcenter of all 4 of the mats that spawn yo ucan reach them all
thats why I use the chat auto mine thing
so I can move mouse around and just collect from all 4
i think you would be able to close the inventory by pressing "tab" several times... though you would still be stuck at swinging
When a resource respawns where you are standing, you become stuck.

first time I joined with teh new outposts, I spawned at the original base, last time I joined, I spwaned at the farthest forward

The hidden out post spawned some people while other despite having destroyed their tents would always spawn back on be plaza outpost
@wicked holly @DrunkRussianBear#8215 There seems to be a bug right now that sometimes spawns you in a strange location. Besides that, you will always spawn at your campsite if one exists. Otherwise, you will spawn at the nearest Outpost (from your death location). If you log out and log back in you will spawn at a random Outpost (which obviously isn't preferable to just waiting it out)

@lapis notch Yup. This. I wonder if maybe the game applys the team model after the game loads? This would make the foxholes think it's an enemy and fire while the player is on their side. I barely know anything about coding, though. So I'm probably super far off.
maybe not i know some coding here and there and that could be maybe the code for the side comes a bit after respawn code so foxhole initiate shooting and stufff lke that

The character floats on the rocks west of the Warden spawn. The hitbox seems off.

Found a bug with the hammer.
When you hold MOUSE1 with the hammer and spam TAB, it will bring up the inventory.
And you'll still be hammering while in inventory
and once you let go of MOUSE1
it keeps going
so you have spam TAB again to get out.
and left click once to stop the automatic hammer

@compact rover It might be worth adding a warning on launch telling people to use a QWERTY keyboard or something. People keep asking why they can't select guns and stuff, and it always boils down to them using an unspecified keyboard.

Oh, Hello devs. I have 3 new bugs :3
1 - Sometimes when Alt Tabbing the game resolution may change, it happened with me sometimes, I'm not sure exactly what causes it besides alt tabbing, also I had swicthed the resolution myself in the title screen, I was playing it on windowed mode (1280x786) before maybe this is what caused it.
BTW, by taking a screenshot from the game (not using Steam screenshot feature) to try and catch a dual mouse bug, I noticed that the resolution was the same of my dischord window that resized (it was in fullscreen before lauching the game) also part of dischord showed in the pic and the game screen was pitch black, probably because you can't screen it ^^', Anyway I think the game took the resolution of it somehow, every time I alt + tabbed dischord window shrinked to the size it was before even tho I'd maxized it and every other window I had opened also resized to the same size (like when playing old games that forces windows to change resolution), however steam remained fullscren and the game resolution bugged even more switching between stretched or blurry everytime I Alt Tabbed, aerm, I think this would be useful info.
2 - And regarding the dual mouse bug, you end up with the in game "ball" mouse icon but windows mouse spawns only when entering in some inventory "box" where the items are held once you move the mouse alway of it, windows one disappears, also while in menus such as options it will be impossible to properly use your mouse as the mouse displayed doesn't match the mouse postion in the game. It seems to happen when alt+tabbing might be linked with this bug.
3 - Oh and the third one, the player can be stuck on a "Material Node" once it spawns close to a player, forcing one to mine it. If it spawns in the same place the player is in however, the player will not merge with the junk, but will be on top of it, however it doesn't always happens it seems.

Not sure if you have encountered this bug, but ive had an issue with picking up items like rifle ammo, it would actually disappear and cause my dude to jerk about like theres too much sugar in his koolaid and would continue to happen until you die, or quit the game.
Not sure how to recreate this, but if i do ill record it.

There is now a big problem of 'backdooring' occuring where one team destroys the original Outpost of the other team while the players are probably building up. Suggestion to perhaps put default spawn defences such as foxholes to protect the game from ending immediatley before it even gets started.

While the team is focused on building a new outpost the original gets destroyed (like a rush)? Is that it?
Yes, ican come up a channel and talk if you like. But in essence. 4 games in a row now, we have won before even getting our first outpost up because a few(maybe 2-3) people just go str to enemy spawn and grenade it.
The reason is cause the way it is now, both teams know they need to prepare. So while both are probably building up Outposts and foxholes in good positions to try get a foothold some guys just sneak round and easily through a bunch of grenades.
Without both teams having people switched on enough to build some of their own defences the game just doesn't get started.
@north pine We will take that into consideration and see what needs to be done. This might be just a matter of players organizing themselves to fight of the invaders before running of to other places. If not, we will consider measures to combat the practice.

Wardens "took" the Plaza about 15 minutes ago, but have just been standing around at the Colonial FOB, spawnkilling them, because no one has Satchels, as they're expensive to make, and can't be made at Plaza

@languid wigeon the smg often only fires 1 shot at a time, rather than automatic fire - and that's when it actually fires
So I just finished playing a game and there was this guy named lucas, I threw 2 nades at him
and shot him
and he was flying
it looked like he was lagging
but i did throw 2 nades at him
and still didint die
and it was right next to him
I've experienced nades basically going off under my feets without dying either
@echo falcon we did discover a bug that causes characters to basically ignore gravity but were unable to reproduce it. If you guys ever figure out definitive steps it would be really helpful. @ember dagger I noticed the smg bug too. Thanks for reporting, we'll take a look at it.

@compact rover @austere rose Any update on the rapid gathering of materials exploit. I notice it is more common now and also notice that it happens when building, thus allowing building in rapid time. A tell tale sign is 1 hammer strike animation sounds like 3 hammer strikes. With 1 hammer strike animation it is gathering 3 resources or building 3 resources at a time. I believe this is also impacting on skill levels, those players able to use the exploit are leveling up skill rather quickly. I watched 3 wardens bang together an outpost very quickly today and all I could hear was what sounded like rapid fire hammers.

@austere rose Wardens have half built this campsite in current map. It can be found at the east entry to plaza, directly adjacent to the Factory at H8. I have mortared it twice, satchel charge twice, 5 grenades and shot at it however it cannot be destroyed. One can hide behind it and not be seen. The campsite seems to be indestructible. It has been like this for 24hours which is how long the current map has been active. Is this a bug. http://imgur.com/a/4XtAm

1 - Every foxhole fires at once for no reason when I spawn, there are a few Foxholes around Outpost, when I spawn they all fire even though there are no enemy around, also, everytime a foxhole vanishes from FOV (when the game stop rendering them I think) a smoke effect will spawn once they appear on screen again as if they fired recently even though they didn't, this confuses players making them think an enemy passed and triggered it.
2 - I was able to see enemies behind walls and buildings in some parts of the map as you can see in the pics.

@idle nacelle maybe try turning off firewall in Windows to see if that's the problem. If it is you could add an exception for the game possibly

A problem occured when I stepped into the deep water near the east ford. I didn't instantly die as per usual, and the game showed me a redish-pink screen. The death timer appeared after a while, counting down from 45-50 seconds.
@golden bison This might be working as expected. Deep water will cause you damage. But there are some shallower parts to the lake that don't kill you instantly. The pink screen you saw was you being damaged before dying. We can verify if that's what happened to you, but we would require a more precise location of where that happened. A screenshot of the location or of your coordinates on the map.
it was just a little east of the eastern-most ford. From the northside. I appeared to fall through the map too, not just getting a partial bit of damage.

@compact rover not sure if it's only in the Dev Branch, but i just cooked a grenade till it blew in my hand, and it glitched me out

Yesterday all of a sudden whenever I tried to pickup ammo it just disappeared, I tried taking some from a box or a corpse and every time the same result. This happened during a normal firefight, I was using mortar also. Not sure if that will be any help

@austere rose @boreal badger Was able to hide in roof, almost unseen. This is at plaza in the house to the west of factory. The roof isnt solid.
@austere rose @boreal badger Hiding in top of chimney in building near bridge at crossroads, close to factroy. Totally unseen and cant be seen by people walking past. Climbed up via the fallen roof behind me.
Player is stuck in rocks, cant crouch or go prone. Cant jump or aim. This is at rocks at I6/J6
Finally today I randomly found how to do a trick with fast gather of mat and fast building. When you press LMB near raw materials switch your hammer to fists and again to hammer, that will result in couple of hits. You can gather 100 mat less than in 10 sec. Also you can stuck on one place because of that with autockick for some reason

@boreal badger @austere rose I can confirm this post by heyyo in bugreport. I tested it and the same happened although with mine i was stuck in position and got one hammer strike animation but remained in position and harvested the entire 10 mats. Collected 100 mats in 10 secs as well. Simply hitting 1 after the first hammer hit but character glitches out, staying stationary and i need to exit game or die to reset character. If i remain in position i will just continue to harvest with no need for mouse click as the piles reappear.

Its a bit tricky. Whan you can do for sure is to get stuck on a place with autoclick at same time (no animation, no matter if you equiped hammer or just with fists). Also you can try to gather materials faster using that or similar method but it is even harder, need good timing with lmb press and "1". I cant do this every time but I think some players can do that well (maybe another method )
How to gather twice faster, you need to be stuck in "autockicl mode" than you kick with your fist, that result in 1 mat from autoclick and 1 mat from kick
maybe there even more methods
Not a bug, but on the FAQ of the website, it says "...where the World Wars never ended an Earth has been at war for a hundred years." Just a little fix is needed. 😛

@austere rose @compact rover Killed by own teams foxhole. Is this normal. I stood between enemy and my foxhole and died. Only firing was from allied foxhole as enemy player was busy jumping fence. Confirmed with warden player that he or anyone else had not shot their weapon. Just had it happen to a second allied player as i type. Footnote - as enemy player was hiding between our fences, our foxhole also eventually destroyed our fence and sandbag that we had built from trying to hit enemy player dodging back and forth hiding from it.
@turbid juniper At this moment, we are aware that Foxholes are not "smart". They will shoot any enemies in sight, and you and your structures can be hit by them. We are considering some alternatives on how to continue with this structure. Thanks for the report! =]

When you log off and log back in, you tend to spawn at the outpost closest to the enemy spawn. It would however make much more sense if you respawn at the outpost closest to where you logged off.

Bug report: encountered hacker, enemy team had vote of 5 out of 8 to kick him, and he was not kicked. Would assume that would be good enough for a kick. Used speed hacks, one shot me, attempted other cheats, and one point said he was bring in 5 other guys to hack as well.
^ This was speed hacking, as in the user moving/acting faster than he should be able to. Please let us know if you guys encounter any other cases of this or if you are able to reproduce it yourself.

A bug for the stable, when I push the detail settings above low (namely to ultra and high) the game begins to get laggy. The steam FPS counter reports =<30. When I duck into Task Manager, it reports above average memory usage, with approximately a GB for Foxhole alone. I've also been having this problem for two weeks, although I never tested it since first loading it up. It is a consistant issue, usually requiring me to close the game to resolve.
For me, I usually get fine FPS on Ultra
It could be due to my system, or having stuff running in the background. I'm not entirely sure. It works great, for about 5 minutes. Then the lag kicks in and the experience is ruined.

in my opinion its not really a bug. more like, it was supposed to work that way, its working as it should, but this particular angle wasn't covered. it seems that lighting effects are turned off for unbuilt structures to make them stand out more, easier to see against the enviroment. it was added before the day/night cycle, so maybe the devs didnt think there would be a problem as long as the game didnt break because of it
but yeah, its the absence of lighting effects or whatever they call it on unbuilt structures that make them easy to see in the dark of night

I'm late to the party but I just wanted to mention that we don't officially support the GeForce 9800 GT (note the double 0) or any cards that are not DX11 capable (card in question is DX10)
It will technically run, but any effects running on the UE4's DX10 path are quite slow, so we are targeting DX11+. Sorry if this ads to the spam, just wanted to comment.
So when trying to bind keys it will not let me bing the up and down arrows, including page down. Also if your are changing bindings and you click the mouse button it makes it where you can not press any buttons.

I'd like to point out, we weren't the first to claim that mountain as a fortress. Me and a couple of other guys logged in and were terrified of it. Until we wrecked the defenses and claimed it as our own. Since said game is still running, (to my knowledge,) I'm not gonna betray our secrets. But it's not too hard to get up on the mountain, although some regions seem to be a bit hostile to having players move over them.

@restive cedar @mighty pawn You misunderstand. I being competetive, and a tad bit exploitive, don't see anything wrong with it. And thanks to @wet dove , I now have no problem with sharing the details. The paths up the mountain are either straight up the cliff face, (ie suicidal) or a side path that is mostly hidden along the cliff face. Carry weight seemed to make climbing some regions impossible.
And, this is not a bug, since @boreal badger has pointed out above that there is a way up. I suspect there could be ways to make the fortress truly impenatrable, by making the paths so idiotically defended as to needing the later planned field guns to destroy emplacements, or huge expenditures of smoke grenades to have a creeping charge.
Minor bug- sometimes with gathering materials, the hammer just refuses to work. Resolved with logging out and back in, and if you die. I've resolved to call this "Rubber Hammer Syndrome."
I've "ALT-Tabbed" and it seems to work for me
^funny you mention that because sometimes alt-tabbing screws up the resolution completely and you have to restart the game completely

Crafting ammunication does not stack when considering storage slots. Example: Two storage slots free, so I can only craft two at a time, even though the ammo stacks.
Also while tabbed out of the game, mouse movement is still detected and applied in-game. Meaning you can use this to your advantage to see farther away, not to mention it's kind of annoying haha.

Okay, so I don't know why I have to say this twice, but I want to remind you all that this is for single bug reports. Not comments on bugs. Be they helpful or otherwise.

if you fall into this hole you can't get out and have to leave the game or grenade yourself. It's the rock cluster north of plaza, south of J6 armory and also where you can find the dead body with the binoculars
When you try to cross water and you throw a smoke grenade into it, you move at full speed. The smoke doesn't block foxhole line of sight either when dropped into water.
Not 100% sure if it is a bug but I will report it as such:
- It is cheaper to blow up pillboxes with grenades (45 mats) than it is with satchel (50)

Crash to Desktop - Had 2 crashes to desktop today on the dev server. First time i experienced this. Gas Grenade SFX - I notice the Green Ash Grenade audio last for approximately 8 seconds longer than the gas cloud. Just a minor thing but thought i would mention it.

I had a rather unusual lag spike earlier. The game according to Steam didn't suffer a frame drop, but the game began to respond sporadically and I felt like I was being jerked around. Logging out and in didn't fix it, and I have just as many things running besides Foxhole as before. While it seems to have resolved on it's own, I believe it is worth a mention.

When you're operating a mortar in crouched position, and hold sprint to immediately stand up, the character will only walk until you crouch and stand up again.
Chat box missing last line - It may be just me but when last message typed by someone is two lines, I have to scroll down to see last line. As u can see in below pic. When I scroll down I see the remainder of his message or i have to wait for another message so it scrolls up. Is this a known bug?

Vehicles and partly built structures - I can see a potential issue regarding partly built structures and vehicle driving. Just did a test in game and a partly built concrete wall could not be driven through by a truck. This may be by design however I foresee a number of partly built structures, several deep, being placed across roads that could prevent trucks from being driven along road, thus negating the free flowing movement of a truck. The problem with this is a soldier with just twenty mats, can place twenty fences with only 1 mat per fence which would take some time to clear. Is it possible to allow vehicles to be driven through partly built structures?
Nametag Colour When Driving - Notice that allied players name appears in red when driving truck. This could be mistaken as an enemy in the truck, should it be green?
When i threw a smoke and then a gas canister the gas canister went flying in the air
Player Backpack is off ground when destroyed truck disappears instead of on ground.
Noticed that I could only enter truck after I set my keyboard bindings to default. It may have been mentioned elsewhere but couldn't see it.
As you can see I placed a mine on the road (image 2), and as the driver I could not see the mine from inside the truck( image 1). Is this intended for driving trucks then?
As you can see, vehicle burns underwater. Certainly not significant in the scheme of things. I had no trouble entering water crossing at I9 on map but could not exit other side when heading north. Hence my epic fail in pic. lol
I was able to drive outside the red map barrier at this location just north of the road that heads west. There appears to be a gap where the two red borders meet at different angles. My player can also walk in and out of map boundary at same location.
Was also able to drive outside map border at location shown below.
Each time I enter Suns hollow I hear a foxhole rifle shot and see the graphic shown in below picture. You can see the rifle discharge smoke just ahead of my truck at the intersection. I am the only one on the server at this time.
This is the map location of the smoke graphic and rifle shot I see and hear at Suns Hollow.
Also able to drive outside map border at this location. Obviously this must occur wherever the red border changes direction. But as it is the Dev server it may be different on main server map
Did some follow up testing in support of the earlier post by @slim shadow whereby he stated you cant see ally mine from truck. This appears to be the case only from the drivers side as the series of pics shows below. The first pic is of mine placed and me standing beside truck
Mine disappears approx. 1 second after one hops in drivers side of truck. When you think about it, this could actually be by design as you can see from my next photo and comment.
Mine is seen when seated in passengers side of truck. This makes perfect sense as like any large truck, your visibility is improved when you have a passenger keeping an eye out for you. Two sets of eyes are better than one when in a truck. So why not leave it like this with visibility of friendly mines limited for the driver thus putting a greater need on the requirement for a passenger when driving. Its kind of like a risk you take if u drive a truck by yourself. Just my two cents worth and happy to hear others in the #227094127374761987 channel.
mine is seen when seated in back of truck with no driver or passenger in truck. I think the rear passengers view should be limited to what they see out the back of truck if possible. Like a fog of war to the front due to limited visibility when in back.
I notice that the engine SFX are still active when truck runs out of fuel. Not a big thing but just FYI.

Not sure if this is a bug but now you can no longer climb over wooden or metal walls using a sandbag unless the sandbag is on slighty higher ground. Don't know if the sandbag height was lowered or if the wall height was raised.
I kind of like it the way it was before, and it makes even more sense now because we have concrete walls. Basically, "Build metal/wooden walls for basic protection and concrete walls if you want to make sure absolutely no one will be able to climb over"

You have to use the wrench tool to deactivate mines. Unless I missed somewhere that you can blow them up with nades.
Writing at bottom right states raw barrels when I'm at Liberation Point Factory. Should it be raw materials as fuel farm is at FOB. Also note that the salvage option isn't suggested yet salvage can occur here.

@austere rose Negative, its all I see each time I go to the liberation point factory as seen in a later screenshot below. Will log out of server then check, if persists will exit game then join and see if same. Ok left server and still shows Hammer on Raw Barrels at Lib Point.
If you get into a truck when you aiming with some sort of weapon (has to have ammo in it) and then get back out, your move speed will be slowed down weirdly. It kinda looks like stutter stepping
And it makes it so that running does not make you speed up. Aiming with a weapon seems to fix the slow
@austere rose Ok exited game and restarted and raw barrels has gone, replaced by the correct text.
Noticed that if u park too close to Cemetery Workshop with truck, and face workshop pressing e only gives u truck inventory as per hint at bottom right screen. Just need to move around a bit to engage workshop action.
If you park next to a set-piece building or metal/wood fence and get out of the driver's seat, you will teleport across the wall. You can also teleport back across the wall into the truck.
As per @sterile condor above post, you can see in the pic below that as a passenger in the rear of truck, Tumbles was able to reverse up to house and when I dismounted from back I teleported through wall of house and was inside house, was also able to get back into truck from inside house by pressing q

I can also press the spawn at this outpost button but it doesn't seem to actually spawn me there
There is also another bug that occurs when salvaging weapons loaded with ammo. The salvage that you are supposed to get from salvaging the loaded weapons is subtracted from the salvage value of the weapon instead of added. For example, when I salvaged a loaded rifle, I only got 8 salvage instead of the 12 I should have gotten from the rifle + 1 ammo
I can't prove this but still I just wanted to mention. I wa playing and got to the rank WO1 and logged off shortly after. Now that I just logged on again my rank was reset to SSgt.

@turbid juniper I got the same issue as you did earlier as you can see in the bottom right corner...says raw barrels, however I do not know how I replicated it. Seems like the screen froze on barrels or something
When the truck blew up the AI PB and foxholes never stop shooting at it until it was removed from the map.
An enemy player tag stayed on the bridge after his truck was blown up. It could be related to him not re-spawning, but that doesn't make sense.

In the manufacturing Plant, the infobox... thing, is incorrect. It says "Use Hammer on raw barrels" instead of "User hammer on scrap" or junkpile

Fatal crash when getting inside a truck, it was loaded with ~1000 mats and 120 fuel.
Bug- trying to swap items around in my inventory, auto drops them
and in full screen windowed mode the screen kept trying to un fulscreen so flickered

A problem with trucks, occasionally when you get in them, they rotate, and get stuck cause they rotated into a pillbox or some other static defense. It's happened a lot in the war so far, and created havoc.

some lines in chat are not visible if a line wraps, (1080p, don't know about others). Communication is very important in this game, but this seriously fails.
dead soldier backpack does not disappear instantly when it is emptied, the whole battlefield is covered in backpacks. Breaks the immersion.
my game session always begins with: login, relog, relog, relog, relog, relog - now I am in a vincininty of the front, so I don't have to walk for half an hour. I go there, set respawn point and then I can start playing. I suggest battlefield-like spawn selection instead of this random location stuff. We know it works better (from other games 😃

An aiming bug that I believe has gon unreported: entering buildings and then firing at near point blank range often misses, or fires over the enemy's head.
the most deadly weapon in the game is a truck accidentally running over a teammate as he disembarks from it. Temporary 100% resistance from friendly truck hit damage for a few seconds after disembarking was expected.
yeah, someone reported that he is able to exploit the mining by making rapid clicks which mine the whole 10-stack with a single click
production of supplies is extremely boring, yet necessary game mechanic which cannot be done while AFK. I'd expect an option to produce 10 supply towels for 30 res.
I can hear explosions across half the map. I'd expect to hear from like 4 wide screens or so.
when supply station has less than 5 free slots, queue cannot be fully filled, despite the fact that the towels will be placed on a stack
when multiple stacks of material are available in supply station, queueing removes material from the first stack. Last stack would be expected. This is because slots will be filled from left to right, which will leave the smallest stack on the right side, so this one should be consumed first. Looks like a 1 LOC fix.

I have had the moonwalking glitch too.
Not sure if this has been reported already, but you can get locked in the mining animation and automine when you quickly switch between 1st and secondary whilst mining. However a countereffect is that there's no way to actually move or get out of it other than restarting your game or logging out. Am using custom binds but have tested it with default keys as well.
have been mining 300 resources while being tabbed out like that just now.
and it even keeps mining when you unequip the hammer

At one point I ran out of ammo from my rifle and any ammo I picked up from the ground would just vanish instead of appearing in my inventory

When I join the main server It crashes me with an error code
When supplies are put into an outpost, they can still be split. That allows people to split the supplies enough times to cover every space in the outpost inventory and therefore eliminate space for other useful items.
Scrolling the mouse wheel affects the map regardless of if you have it brough up or not. That's what causes the "black map" glitch that some of us encountered.
MAJOR function loss: you can alt-click the supply towels in the outpost and they drop under your feet. Press E to pick them up. "supplies cannot be removed from the outpost" does not really work.

when colonials are entering Plaza thorugh the stone bridge from The Crossing, they can see a chimney on the left. This chimney is very very high and it is possible to somehow get there, gaining a gamebreaking range.
when Colonials had an outpost in Brine Glen, spawning in the wild caused them to appear on the other side of the river, in N-12. Expected behaviour would be to only spawn on the same side of the river where friendly bases are.
the dev client can see the main server. It fails to join it with "game out of date" message. Servers should be filtered by version.
ok it is because the live version is actually higher than the beta version (did not expect that)
when you walk and aim with a rifle, aim crosshair size decreases slowly. But if you press shift to run, the crosshair size decreases RAPIDLY.
so.... you're more accurate after you finish running?
you recover accuracy faster when you run and aim, than when you just walk and aim or stand and aim
Walk and aim at a direction = Normal crosshair
Walk and aim at a direction, then hold shift while still aiming = Crosshair becomes tighter
Basically walking and holding shift while aiming makes your aim as accurate as if you were crouching and not moving.

The new steel gate structures appear to be invincible. I could not kill it with more than 16 satchel charges (I was not playing on the same faction as the gate. I built it as a warden and bombed it as a colonial)

Sometimes when you respawn, open gates will appear to be closed and when you walk onto them you will appear to teleport onto the top of the gate. Seems to be the reason behind your bug @normal storm

When you are 'hiding' in a building and an enemy runs in, the enemy soldier can see you before you can see him. Giving the attacker an unfair advantage
This same applies to running around corners, when you run around the corner, you will see the 'defender' before he sees you. Which is odd because it's actually the defender who should see the guy running around the corner first
Day/night cycle seems to be broken for me.
Was unbanned then immediately banned after 10 seconds without a vote. Only the player was kicked message appeared in-game. May be a bug or someone really hates me lol. I hope its the previous!
supply towels can be split in outpost. A griefer split a stack so that it has taken the whole outpost inventory, prohibiting us from using it as a secure storage for sachel charges
Someone has found a way to get on a wall / building roof in Brine glen, getting insane range and becoming invulnerable. We could not shoot that high.

actually Colonials lost first 3 or so trucks due to bugs, glitches and teammates which stole trucks, often ones filled with materials. Team killing a truck is also an option. Please fix the truck stealing, it is a notorious problem, everyone knows it... A popup should ask the last owner of a truck whether he allows it to be used or not by another player.... or something...
also someone has managed to block our southern horizontal highway with 2 (two) sandbags. We threw like 3 grenades on that, but they didn't die from that. Sandbags need to receive damage from being hit by a truck or they should be destroyed by being punched (or knifed, really)
When i builded gate - it is was unable to be closed, looks like this is happened due to buildings and walls around, but this is kinda weird - no matter how hard we trying we can't build buildings in the "gate zone", so... buildings have to not affect the gates - there just no reason to leave such conditions for the gates

The current system of material procurement, recycling, production, transportation and storage has two major issues. First is that a side needs like 6 people dedicated to the tasks outlined above and even large clans fail to find someone who will be happy standing near a salvage field / armory / supply station for extended periods of time. I might know how to fix it in like an hour of work, will write it up later.
The second issue is that the shared nature of facilities, vehicles and storage causes everlasting STEALING. I gather 50 material, produce a satchel and a random player just takes it a fraction of a second earlier from the workshop. Often I slow down with a truck to not run over someone and someone else takes stuff from my truck. Stealing of trucks is most critical.
Please note that these are not really bugs. They are issues, but not bugs because they work as they are programmed to work

I report things that are either clear bugs or that are gamebreaking. If a feature is designed in a way which does not work and breaks the game in a major way, I report it as well, especially if they are hard to spot. I'm sure that if Devs don't like it here, they will appoint another place to report gamebreaking borderline bugs 😃

In the first time a punch is thrown, often it does nothing, when my experient is it's a one shot kill. the second punch then kills
Spawn in wild button occassionally takes time to accually spawn
first hammer strike is also frequently ineffective, during building and mining
if a player carrying something important disconnects from the game, the items he carried dissapear with him. This causes ridiculous consequences, like that time when Colonials were trying to detonate the enemy outpost and one of the guys carrying a critical satchel has lost connection, or when a surrounded mortar operator prefers to disconnect than to die and leave his items to the enemy.
@round coyote That last one is not really a bug per se, but more of a suggestion as to how to deal with players logging of. Still, thank you for bringing that up! There are changes planned that will be directed towards the offline players, so it's always good to have reports like these! =]

if you spawn in the wild and you are at the other side of the world then where you want to be you can simply relog to get the wild spawn near where you want to be
also some wild spawns where spawned close to enemy position and next to enemy players
this happened during the weekly war, it seems that driving full speed onto a bridge isnt quite a good idea. (west most bridge, liberation point - the spine)
I survived a mine explosion today
If you drive full speed over a mine, it won't kill your truck
Colonials have put 5 foxholes near that spawn and are using the rifles of fallen Wardens to produce materials
after I get teamkilled intentionally by some dude, I need to wait 30s before I can report him on chat and votekick him. In that time he proceeds to kill other plauyers, who also cannot report him.
I highly dount that can be fixed without ghosting
ghosting happens on VoIP, not on text chat, so I wouldn't worry. 30s respawn penalty for TK might just be inappropriate.

Currently - there is no way to rebuild the bridges. They can be destroyed but we can't rebuild them. Also, when you kill your teammates using landmines, it doesn't report a friendly-fire incident in the chat log
War respondent seems to be reporting what's happening on the main server even though it says "development"

Once you have set a spawn point, you can leave the game.
If you then rejoin it, you will respawn at your set spawn point, without it costing a spawn.
By doing this you can in theory spawn on a tent (without supplies in it) forever
It is nearly impossible to kill some individuals on the south end of the stone Plaza bridge. I circled around a guy in the practice war, but I didn't land a single shot, even from point blank range.

The war corespondent is definitely short circuiting.
Getting a truck through the shallows is a painful task. It took a lot of back and forth to get the truck out of the river into Waterfoot Gap.
Also, gates run a little animation sometimes when they come on the screen, rolling down to the open position. The gates usually are already down, and the animation makes no sense. Indiscriminate of either side

At the northern entrance to Plaza, the Colonials errected a ghost construction of a concrete wall. It seems impervious to destruction, despite myself having sunk 5 to 10 clips into it myself

default faction to join is colonials, so the distribution of clueless players in teams is not uniform. Expected default would be to auto-select a faction.
You can see in the screenshot that this foxhole has been build, after which a 'salvage mine' spawned on top of it. I have fired 6 mortars on this foxhole, of which 3 were a direct hit, yet the foxhole does not get destroyed

This might be an interesting bug:
- Slowing down when shot does not 'stack'/'restart'
In the normal sceneario, you slow down when you get shot.
I have however noticed, that if you shoot someone, take a second and then shoot again.
The enemy is often able to run away full speed again.
It seems that only the first bullet counts for slowing the enemy down.
If you shoot him again, during the time he is 'slowed down' it does not add to the time the enemy is slowed.
For example let's say the slow down period is 3 seconds.
If you hit him, and 2 seconds later you hit him again, he is only slowed down for that last remaining second.
meaning a total of 3 seconds, while he should be slowed down for a cumulative time of 5 seconds

according to sound que you can fire before you chamber a round
Some player on colonial side is not being slowed after hit on him, and he is running over circle around on the sprint like a mad that make him just imune to shots because nobody can aim at him and bullets going too slow...
But in the same time he is fireing back while sprinting and not being slowed down for the reload time (normal players can't sprint right after shot - they have to spent 1 sec. for reloading)! And while he is shoting us right on the move - he never missing and always hiting the target even if you laying on the ground on the maximum distance from him...
And worst of all - he is going out of cover, doing a shot and returning back in cover so fast that his 3D model have no time for appearing! You just can't shot him back!
His nickname is Arutyun and he earned 15 rank by killing whole warden army alone 24/7...
foxhole at night can shoot from behind the render range. How can it see in camo me when I can't see the white sheets of it?
sometimes a mortar is fired, but it makes no sound and there is no explosion. After it is reloaded, it continues to fire normally. When that happens, a ghost item appears in the inventory. It is invisible, takes a slot. Can be transfered and this turns it into a mortar shell.
near the tank in Ward there is a building with stairs in it. Wardens often use this building to get up, but then they clip through the roof and are so high that they cannot be targeted with a rifle. They also have insane range while advantage up there. It should not be possible to clip through to the roof
Enemy players will appear to vibrate from time to time, making it nearly impossible to hit from my observation. They appear to be simultaiously standing/crouching, and flicker inbetween (Note, I've run across this a lot, and I don't recognize a pattern or have a clue on how to duplicate it.) The offending character that I missed multiple times over, tends to right it self after a bit.
I am not sure whethere this was reported or not, but when someone steals your truck full of materials and you votekick him, the truck and materials within it disappear

This is a VERY big bug that will need to be fixed before the next war. All of the items produced in the workshop/armory which had had their build materials altered, can be salvaged for A LOT more building materials than they were originally produced for
For example, you can produce 3x mortar for 60 building materials, then salvage each one individually for 45 building materials each
for a total of 135 build mats
It seems even the non-packaged items have had their building materials messed up as well. For example, you can produce 10 magazines of rifle ammo for 20 Building Materials. If you salvage all 10 magazines, you'll receive back 190 building materials

This one is interesting though! I will explain it in steps:
- Start firing the MG
- While holding the fire button, aim outside of the 45 degrees area (where you normally cannot shoot)
- The gun will keep losing ammo, however no bullets will be fired
The gun should of course simply stop firing when you go out of range, or keep firing on the max angle
(Sorry for the horrible quality, might get better after a few mins though) check the ammo-count
- I'm not 100% sure about this one (could be due to ping or whatever)
But I have been trying to count my shots when firing with the SMG. It seems to be the case, that you actually shoot more bullets than you lose.
I have been trying to count when firing my last 10 bullets, and I counted up to 19 bullets fired.
Disorienting set of trees. They aren't rendering properly. Observable when the the top of the screen is where you are headed. Rotating the screen to having your heading be the bottom of the trees brings them into view, albiet sporadically. Dev build issue.
Salvaging a weapon with ammo in it no longer adds the salvage calue of the ammo
When you sprint and then prone suddenly, your character will do a weird squat, realize that they can't prone, and then get back up again. Then your character is slowed as if they are moving prone until you prone or crouch and snap out of it
0.0.12.1 salvaging price of a packed rifle is said to be 25 in the UI, but salvaging actual value is 4. Salvaging value of an unpacked rifle is 5 in UI, and tha actual value is 4.

0.0.12.1 one rifle ammo clip refines into 2 (says 20 in UI). 9 rifle ammo clips refine into 14 mats (WTF)
0.0.12.1 one green ash refines into 6. They come in packs of 3. The refine price of green ash in UI is 24. I suspect everything is like that.

smoke grenades are broken - if you smoke a pillbox, it will shoot you. If you smoke a cloud between PB and yourself, but you are not covered in the smoke, it will shoot you. Should not fire if the smoke cloud is hit by a tracer between the PB rifle and the target. Current implementation seems to judge only by the player being in the smoke cloud or not.

Smoked pillbox today and exploded it with setchel without any problems
perhaps the smoke cloud really becomes "effective" after a certain period of time which is not equal to the period of time after which the smoke cloud appears to be fully deployed upon visual inspection on my detail setting. Or I am wrong totally. But I don't think so 😃
It takes two to really cover the PB. One is not enough too by pass it.
You must give it 4 seconds to deploy and block line of sight.

@harsh tapir Not being able to salvage fuel is working as intended. Until we have a more robust material system, it is not a bug. This was done to avoid certain gameplay exploits. (even if it makes low logical sense)

Bugreport and cheat report at once: The player 'I saw a Bear' was using this glitch to kill enemy players with.
As you can see, you can get 'inside' the chimney and shoot outside from there.

today I have loaded a mag in my rifle, then tried to destroy an unbuilt wall with it. I shot 10 times, all as usual on my client except no destruction actually. My guys were nearby and did not see or hear me shooting. I dropped that rifle on the ground, they said it is empty (not loaded). I picked it up and it still had 2 "ammo" in it.
@austere rose Glitched Warden FOB at C3, you can destroy it, but if you spawn at it you cannot get out.
@round coyote I actually had a similar incident. Several times I took ammo out of an outpost however it simply dissappeared from the outpost and was not added to my inventory.
There's a terrible mortar bug that happened to us today. I was carrying a packed mortar. I picked up a couple of shells (lets say 5 for example), unpacked the mortar, then equiped it. The ammo counter said 5/1. You could not reload the mortar and pressing LMB would only waste ammo without firing anything.
edit: "It seems to have something to do with replacing the rifle that is equipped with the mortar because the ammo count will be the same as the rifle"
I had the same, my mortar had 12/1 but when I fired it, rifle ammo depleted. Mortar was fixed after I reloaded the rifle.
radio towers dont show up when inside a truck with a radio
the one hit kill melee is bugged. Multiple attempts to punch enemies, have yielded blood, and ... then the enemy turns aroud and shoots me, because he didn't go down.
Inconsistantancy is the number one issue here

If you watch at around 0:36, you can see how pressing shift while aiming and moving drastically shrinks the crosshair. If the crosshairs actually are representative of how well we aim, then this is probably a bug. In fact this bug was reported before but I figured a video would be more helpful
@primal rivet Hi! Stance currently effects your aiming and is reflected in the crosshair. If you are running you will be less accurate, if you are crouched you will be more accurate, and if you are prone you will have the greatest accuracy.
So yeah. In this case, if sprinting gives you MORE accuracy, then it's a bug. It has been reported before, but it's very nice to have a video showing how to reproduce it. Makes it much easier to track it down and fix it. Thank you, @sterile condor

At the spine, as I was attempting to use the outpost in the sea of tents, I got the "enemy outpost" message. I believe it's related to tents.

Hi. Kindly reporting, that I'm unable to remap the movement keys to the keyboard cursor keys – especially, the Up/Down give no reaction whatsoever, Left/Right can be mapped properly. The game doesn't react on Up/Down keys, and sometimes even trying to map Movement Up hangs the game. [using latest install from Steam]

water crossing visual indication is insufficient. I lost track of the amount of times where I thought it is safe, but I fell into deep water and have died. It is impossible for me to determine where the safe area ends, I try to use the map to position myself properly but still I sometimes fall.

Shotgun seems to not hit at very close ranges. It seems like the shotgun is firing up into the air, but when I try to aim the same way with the pistol, it hits (in the first video)
Just noticed it earlier dont have a video yet (will provide later) and i dont know if it was reported but the Shotgun seems to shot through the heavy gate. If you stand close up to it and shoot it looks like bullets spreading out behind the gate. (Dont know if they actually damage someone or not)
So there is a bug with the artillery shells. Apparently if you fill the artillery inventory and you have some shells on you it let you shoot infinity amounts of shells.
You can no longer dismantle truck locks properly, apparently. Tried on a friendly truck we wante to borrrow to move some mats

If you look into chat, there appears a guy's name twice, first red, enoting enemy, then blue denoting friend. There isn't any purple text suggesting he logged.

There seems to be a bug where most trucks are unlockable with the wrench? Or might might be that you can only use it on your own truck....

on some occasion, attempting to take items will remove it from the box, but instead of putting it into the character's inventory, it disappears.
there have been incidents with false fire with artillery
I can clearly remember not clicking when suddenly it fires
Also, trucks and artillery pieces are repeatedly getting stuck in the ground, especially away from roads
I joined colonials and spawned twice north of the river just to be insta-shot by enemy foxholes overwatching the spawn points. I suggest that a spawn point anywhere else on the 70% of the map that we control, is chosen rather than this one

Shot 14 artillery rounds at a FOB, it did not go down even though we had 13 direct hits. We were hitting the side of it, the crater was elevated ontop of the FOB too. We were 113 meters away.
A FOB takes 5-6 artillery shots on average to take down

truck unlocking is completely broken. I tried multiple trucks, from all possible angles, it just doesn't work. "Unable to unlock" it says.

We cannot unlock friendly trucks with the wrench anymore. (Bug or intentional?)

not really a cheat... but depending on if rank and level ever mean something, still a bit of an exploit:
Crafting weapons is probably the best way to increase your rank. What you can do, is to craft weapons, and then turn those crafted weapons into materials again.
Then you can those materials to build weapons, and turn them into mats again. You can repeat this process quite a few times, and rank up pretty quickly without doing anything for the faction

@austere rose The wrench only unlocks ones own truck, I cannot unlock other people's trucks anymore. Tons of unused tracks strewn across the map that I can't access :l
