@regal rain ty for that nicey drawing of Ava Gibbs ❤
All the CRG thanks you for this beautiful work
Don't question it.
Her love is our cause, To its call we are driven We are her endless limbs, Through us she drowns the unworthy.
[---]
*I know we’re locked in a bloody war, but there’s just some things you really never get used to seeing. I’ve seen plenty of dead men, Investigator. I’ve seen what those Warden scum do to prisoners. I’ve seen howitzers turn a close friend of mine to a mess of skin and bone. I’ve slept to the moans of mutilated men, dying men in our encampments. But nothing. Nothing has ever prepared me for this. I don’t think anything ever will.
I’ve always had a bad feeling about this region, and this damn well proves it. We started earlier in the morning at 0700 hours. I brought 5 men from the 109th Legion and one of their armored cars to drive us all the way from Promithiens. I had the five other men keep watch over the armored car near the Town hall while me and the others checked the Town hall, factory and storage facility once again. Nothing new as usual. And then, we came to the safehouse.*
*It was midday when we came there; the sun was out and the smell of rotting fish was pretty damn strong. The bolt cutters we used didn’t quite work against the wrought metal chain, so I simply rigged a Deadlands cocktail (Three High Explosive grenades with a fuse timer; pretty good at demolishing encampments) on the door and blew it straight down.
When we blew the door down…dear god that smell. Worse than the trenches at Wiccwood after days of sieging Morrighan’s grave. It smelled of damp mold, rotting fish and corpses. The first floor of the entire place was filled with rotting fish and damp kelp strewn everywhere; a gutted shark hung near the artillery safe room, spilling it’s maggoty guts all over the damn floor. Sand, pebbles and seaweed was thrown all over the stockroom; most of the ammunition was dampened by seawater at that point. At the far end of the room we found the heads of various fishes both big and small, their eyeballs rotting right off their shallow sockets. There was some strange writing in red there, but I remember the words that was written right there:*
When the Tentacular one fills your cup with brine, it is only good manners to drink your fill. And so drink of her magnificence, and cleanse yourself of your mortality.
I had no idea what the hell this 'Tentacular one' refers to. Is that some sort of sick god these Velians worship? Never liked them to be honest: they never proved themselves and the Magisters in the Council just let them in. Did those senile shits forget about the sacrifice my countrymen willingly gave at the battle of the Black Sands?
The smell was so strong that one of my men rushed outside to vomit. I had to swallow down the bile in my throat just to be able to walk down this damned hell hole. The walls and stairs were slathered with seawater, kelp and all manners of small sea life, but when we got upstairs, we saw exactly what we were dreading. We found three corpses clothed only in their tattered uniform trousers, hung by their hands by ropes from the rafters, dripping wet with sea water. They were similarly mutilated, missing their hair, teeth, fingernails and even some toes. Signs of torture. I had WO Garibaldi investigate these bodies after we took them down and he told us that two were Velian and the other was Kraunian, just the type of men that composed the 94th Legion. Their cause of death was due to internal bleeding from severe blunt force trauma around the torso and abdominal area. They had been dead for weeks now, but their bodies were sickeningly preserved for quite some time. Corpses like these would have rotted away already especially with the heat in this region. It will take time to properly identify the bodies, given how they were missing any identifiable traits. But it was almost as if whoever did this wanted us to find that.
*I didn’t have much time to inspect the upper floor since I had to vomit out the bile that remained trapped in my throat, but I had the bodies removed and buried facing the north of Isawa. The least I could do for those poor bastards. By that time my men and I didn’t have the stomach to continue investigating, much less clean up the damn place, so we headed back to Promithiens with the detachment of the 109th division. I didn’t disclose to them what we found. I would ask that you put up a measure to ensure that the 109th won’t investigate Isawa for themselves. I’d hate for those kids to see the things we’ve seen.
I heard from the 109th that there has been some peculiar partisan movements along the coast of Anchor beach. Sentries from the 109th were dispatched, but found no barges, motorboats or other watercraft there. They will report their findings to you in short order.
In all honesty, Investigator, I don’t like the feeling of this place. After I’m done here, I’m never gonna return to this cursed region.*

alright fam
honestly if they were to tweak the model just a tad i could totally see that being in the game
as well as make it past FA on the tech tree and make it move just a little faster
effectively just an artillery tractor
Only problem the recoil of the gun would knock it over and the barrel would make it tip over if it aimed any direction but forward
Also if you going to go to the effort for driving what is a CV to the firing point just drive a CV then you can build a howizer that can turn
make it deployable like a crane problem sloved
wait
maybe i should make it use a crane body
Or use a new hull design to take the wight of heavy guns

Such as tank hull or make a new hull
LT hull?
i only have shitty photoshop skillz and animu drawing
Fair enough
if sketchfab still here it would make my life 100% better
i agree whole heartedly with that statement^
ive already made artillery from the BT that looks like the S51 @grizzled vigil . though janezas artillery could look spanking good if maybe the barrle was a little slimer.

Unofficial Legion Motto: Bidh sinn a ’lasadh an t-slighe (We Light the Way)
Primary Ethnic composition: Maronian Caovish

Battlefield Specialization: Frontline, Logistics Escort, Skirmishing, Partisan
[---]
*The battle of Sun’s Haven had further implications other than heralding the immediate end of the Caovish Empire: though the Colonial Legion under the brilliant Thea Maro were stalled by the defense at Callahan’s pass, the issue regarding the fates of civillians who were now under the jurisdiction of the Colonial decree came into question. While the Magisters from the council advised that these Caovish be expelled from their lands, with the winds of victory behind her cloak Thea Maro instead suggested that these civillian populations be integrated to the Colonial cause. In a vote that was passed 12 to 9, these Caovish Civllians at the heart of Suns Haven were integrated into Colonial jurisdiction under the Maronian resolution, with many Caovish civillians forced to relocate to Umbral Wildwood, and Loch Mor to aid in their assimilation to the Colonial Cause.
Data siezed from the census at the time described these Caovish citizens as descended mainly from Clans Cameron and Clan Argus, loyalist clans whom were the first who had risen up to support the future emperor Iain Callahan in his war to unite the many Caovish Clans. All other reports have stated that in the earlier years, the Maronian Caovish (as they were now called) often rose in support of the Wardens, though in the ensuing generations they became more integrated and assimilated into the greater Colonial cause as opposed to the will of the Wardens.*
*Physically, they resemble their kin from the northern Caovish states, though they speak with an accented tone and have stockier bodies as a result from interbreeding with Velian citizens. Though they have proved their mettle in the many battles with their native militias in Umbral Wildwood, out of fear for open rebellion by the Maronian Caovish they were forbidden from forming a Legion until decades later when they were given the Aqulian standard, labelled with the number 109 to celebrate their formation.
As a legion who has not yet earned the right to field the stalwart and venerable H-5 Hatchet, the Suns of Liberty specializes in frontline battles and support work to aid other legions. Though they are often lacking in materiel, their manpower, familiarity with the terrain and specialization in city warfare makes them an invaluable asset when used to contest the region of Deadlands.
The 109th Legion also serves as the first line of defense in occupied Deadlands cities as well as the heart of Umbral Wildwood. They are often the ones who hold the line before a more specialized and experienced Legion would join the battle, whereupon they fall back to a more supportive role whether by providing logistics security or accompanying other Legion’s armored vehicles.*
Though they have fought well for the Colonial cause for many wars, their innate similarity with the predominant ethnic group of the wardens often earns them scorn and distrutst among some of the more loyalist Colonial Legions and factions. The Wardens consider the Maronian Caovish to be ‘blood traitors’ and very rarely exercise mercy to any of them who happen to surrender or be found injured. Nevertheless, the 109th Legion continues to honor the Colonial Cause with their devotion to spreading the Mesean ideal of a perfect world won through fury, blood and steel.

I will immediately ask the engineers an explanation and I will propose a solution
you know, maybe Commander is sitting on the arms of gunner
there's enough space for gunner and commander in that turret
so... who cares ?
also, visors at the front
With this picture you can see something: there is no place for two crew member at the front of the turret interior
The gunner have his right arm on the trigger and his left eye at the visor
I think we should need a nomenclature
Something like that

*Investigator,
Have you ever hunted a man before, Investigator? See the hope drain from his eyes as he scrambles in a desperate attempt to evade death? To see them die in a land far from home, far from his loving family, turning their children into orphans and their wives into widows? To me, there is no greater delight than the thrill of the hunt. Seeing them scramble when the first shot sends them whimpering, hiding from view of my barrel. The KOP are very good at hunting partisans, you see: we’re more than willing to demonstrate to those Warden bastards a little Colonial hospitality. But my advice? It’s always good to leave one of their friends wounded; nothing crushes a man’s spirit more than to hear his friend begging for help only for those words to turn into pleas to end his suffering.
My victims always beg for death more than they beg for mercy. I deny them both, Investigator.*
From where I come from Investigator, there’s a saying that goes Zwierzyna zawsze zostawia trop, nie ma takiej która potrafiłaby całkowicie ukryć swoje ślady. It means ‘Prey will always leave a trail; no creature can truly hide their tracks.’ *Bears from where I come from, they’re easy to track: big and clumsy with deep footsteps. Wolves? Not so much, but they move in a certain way that makes them easy to find. Wardens? They love to move in groups and they always leave a trail; bumbling fools who think a bush can hide them forever. But we always find them all the same. A man will always leave a trail, no matter how lightly he steps on the ground beneath him.
If the Caovish are easy to find, then finding a group of Velians won’t be an issue, Investigator.
It was definitely a good change of pace to track the Legatus compared to yesterday: I swear to God I had to burn my uniform from yesterday because the bleach didn’t take the stink of fish away from my clothes. It’s always good to start early in the morning when you’re tracking people down. You only need a few good men to track a group of soldiers; they don’t watch their footsteps like the beasts of the wild do, so it wasn’t long before I got a lead. They footsteps that were imprinted in the loam; clearly the Legatus didn’t want to take the road, so he went off to where the ground was more firm and damp.*
*It was late afternoon at 1300 hours when we found exactly where the Velian’s tracks ended: the ruins of an old Fortress at the Eastern coast of Black Watch. The place was on rocky, sandy soil: it’s a miracle the damn thing was still standing up at this point. The place didn’t look like it had been disturbed for years now; the place was completely empty and barren. The Cliffside had a steep drop that leads into a rocky cove beneath; the waves were lashing up against the rock face pretty hard. The wind was much more forceful than in Promithiens or in any place at Godcrofts; you need to watch your step otherwise you’d fall to the depths below. A shit way to die, really.
Inside the ruins of the fort we found that the tracks were more visible from the dust that lingered around; I would judge about a group of 4 or more walked about the fort. Fits about the size of a Legatus and his retinue. We inspected the ruined interior and found many faded carvings; clearly, some people had lived here a long while but we couldn’t really read what those carvings read.*
*The footsteps inside led to what looked like a trap door hidden beneath the tiles; definitely looked as if this one was frequented in compared to the rest of the interior. After ensuring that the perimeter was secure I went down the mossy, kelp-laden steps to a tunnel that dripped with brine and sea water. The narrow corridor was damp and briny: the sound of the droplets of water dripping could be heard all around you. We walked and walked until we reached the end of the tunnel; an atrium where there were numerous rectangular stone sarcophagi, many where the lids had been slipped right off and occupants missing. Some strange way these Caovish bury their dead, I guess.
At the center we found a strange statue of something that looked vaguely human with eight tentacle limbs, a closed sarcophagus and an altar that was caked in salt and scale. Rotting fish and slimy kelp were offered at the altar, something that was clearly left there, perhaps as an offering a few weeks back. While the others inspected the sarcophagus, I read the inscription and it wrote:*
KXSMELRWN
The Tentacular one, Mother of the Depths
Infinite is her majesty
And welcoming is her womb.```
*I didn’t understand what the hell these words referred to. Was this some sort of twisted God these Wardens worshipped? Must explain why they’re so obsessed with the damn sea. At this point my men and I didn’t feel very welcome in this foreboding crypt, so we left without question, heading back to Promithiens at 1500 Hours. We found no other traces of the Legatus or his men, but I can say with some certainty that they went to this crypt and somewhere else.
On the way, the 109th questioned me on where I went and how I spent my day. I didn’t answer them, so I know they’ll be sending a request for disciplinary action. I ask that you quash that motion: I don’t trust the 109th, and I’m certainly not about to start trusting them now.*

Oh my god Janeza...
I am willing to give reward for every art piece for Red Cross collection. There is just one rule: Piece must be original, with signature of its artist and it must be sent by its artist (to me). We will support every artist here. It's not necessary for artist to do pictures, it can be singer or whoever.
What do you mean by 'reward', without meaning to sound rude?
I mean that I will pay for every art piece

ADDENDUM A5:
*Investigator,
By now I suspect that you have received a few letters requesting for correspondence to the Colonial wing of the Press Corps, Investigator. Needless to say, there are many issues that come with supplying information to a known subversive force within the Colonial cause, treason being one such. Though I have not yet checked upon your file, I am confident that you had not supplied them with your findings thus far. It would be a...painful waste of talent for such an esteemed person like you to be found accountable for such severe crimes.
Allow me to introduce myself: my name is Mikhail Vonel from the Internal Ministry of Affairs. You may have come to know of us by the more…disdainful and inaccurate names the other legions and the sensationalist news refers to us as: The Brotherhood of Five Daggers, the Greyflowers and whatever inventive name the creative types call us by. It matters little: we are not murderers, contrary to what these voices say Investigator. We simply… enforce accountability within the greater Colonial cause.*
*I am in charge with ensuring that vital information remains a secret to the regular elements and the enemies of the Colonial army. Magister Bassanio has agreed (with a degree of reluctance) to allow us to oversee and ensure the anonymity of this investigation. As such we have implanted our agents within the 109th division to ensure strict and complete adherence to protocol and procedures for this investigation.
The Press Corps has, for the lack of a better word, been quite a thorn on our sides since its very inception. Endless curiosity, as you may not know, is quite a liability to any individual. It can very often lead you to a greater truth…or an early grave. Of course there had been many times where we had to discipline a few of its members for overreaching beyond their allowable mandate, but you and I know better that the protection of the Council will not last forever. Until then…I pray that they do not cross the boundaries that we have set for the sake of the Colonial cause.
As for you, Investigator, we expect your full and unconditional participation in maintaining the veil of secrecy over on this investigation. We shall overlook some minor discrepancies and error during your time in Godcrofts providing you co-operate with us fully. I look forward to your report and to read of your excellent work, Investigator.*
Sincerely,
Director M. Vonel
Accountability and Counter-espionage Bureau
Internal Ministry of Affairs, Mesea
PS: I have paid a personal and intimate visit to your family and extended family. They were quite hospitable to my visit, so we made certain to leave them a gift, as a token of our appreciation: a beautiful bouquet of Chrysanthemums to liven up their homes.
New flag o7

The faithless leave their deeds etched in stone We carve our praises in flesh and blood So that this hallowed land will sing of her praises Long when our bones become dust.

*Investigator,
I must say, it’s somewhat encouraging to see some people be a little squeamish when they see those corpses. Just goes to show you there’s people who aren’t as far gone as I am, hah. When you’re a medic treating amputated limbs and festering bodies I guess it becomes a lot easier to swallow the sight of mutilated corpses. Howitzers and mortars are often the worst; sometimes all you can do is try your best to identify who the poor fellow was and to note them down as KIA.
After I was briefed by OCdt Lubomirski I understood exactly what our mission was. While he took 3 men and went off to find the Legatus, I was in charge of cleaning up the Safehouse and making sure it was remotely habitable once we’re done. Once you smell what the trenches at Mooring County are like, I guess a Safehouse covered in rotting fish and seaweed isn’t that bad. Then again, what do I know? I’m not a Warden.
We first started with the bottom most floor. After we took a picture of everything of note, we then cleared out all of the viscera and rotting seafood. I made the staff take hourly breaks, just so that they could get some fresh air. Don’t want to be adding to the mess we’re cleaning up. Afterwards, we cleared out the stockpile: some of the ammunition, equipment and explosives nearest to the back weren’t thoroughly drenched so we could save it, even if it was just a small fraction of the equipment. Brings me back to the days when we tried to siege Weathered Expanse; held out for a good 3 days without any supplies. Certainly not gonna eat any more boiled leather after that experience.*
While I was cleaning up the floor I also found some strange and eerie carvings on the wood, the same sorta messages people would leave with a knife or a bayonet when they’re bored out of their minds in the trenches. Most of them were ineligible (maybe written by a dimwit with a poor grasp of language) but the one I understood read:
As we enter the Tentacular one’s womb
She drowns us to keep us from harm
And from the lies of the False emperor.```
*Whoever wrote that sure had a good sense of prose: not bad for a poem, but the mismatched syllables really takes away from the impact. But I digress: after we cleaned up the stairs we headed to the topmost floor and got started after taking time to catch our breath. Same strategy as before: start from the corners and work our way closer to the middle, taking breaks so that we could get some fresh air. It’s gonna take a miracle to get this place smelling like a proper safehouse again, but removing all that rotting sea life out of the way was a good start.*
*While I was taking away the rotting crustaceans, fish and various lumps of seaweed, I came across a leather-bound journal. Upon closer inspection, I soon found that this was actually the journal of Legate Alsarius. The pages were pretty much fused into one from all that salt and seaweed, but I think there’s a chance to salvage whatever was written here. Maybe we’d get to find out just where the 94th went for vacation, huh?
I reported my findings, but I couldn’t help but look at the corner where I had found and inspected the dead bodies here. What a terrible way to die, tortured and left to hang there. Can only wonder what sort of heartless prick would do that. After we cleared out the viscera and sealife that littered the safehouse, we inspected the structural integrity of the safehouse: the water soaked too much into the foundation. After we cleaned out the evidence we intend to just blow the place down and rebuild it stronger next time. I for one don’t want to be in a haunted safehouse that reeks of the ocean.
I also heard the 109th mumbling about some strange occurrences around the coast: sightings of Partisans like dancing shadows. The moment you got close…you would find no one there or any footprints. They must be getting a bit tired and on edge: sleep is pretty important when you’re out at the battlefield.*
With all due regards,
WO Agostino Garibaldi

Addendum A7:
You awaken to find yourself thrown upon a squishy, churning sea. You look down and see only miles of sodden, slimy flesh that moved about as if it had the consistency of water. The odor of rotting flesh and pus fills your nostrils as you find yourself adrift in a sea of endless flesh, churning and moaning in agony. You struggle to stay afloat, feeling a strange, slimy appendage grasping your ankles and trying to drag you down under. Flesh fills your nostrils, the sickening scent of decay and sepsis filling your throat. You try to scream, but find your mouth filled only with the taste of putrefaction and decay. Dragged to the depths, within the ceaseless churning of this fleshy sea you glimpse into a thousand battles; a thousand deaths upon a thousand battlefields, all playing at once as your mind bulges against your skull in exertion. The pain was immeasurable: as if your head threatened to split wide open as you were dragged deeper and deeper into the fleshy sea…
What is a drop of brine compared to the sea? What is a legion, compared to the Infinite? Her womb is full of warmth and love, So we welcome you, Investigator.
It was then, that you hear a voice. The voice like a choir speaking in unison: the voice of a child, the voice of an old man, a sultry seductress’ voice and even that of a middle aged man, all speaking at once or at certain times speaking over each other. The voice was projected, almost from all around you. The voice chills your very spine, even as you drift in a sea of spoiled, ripened flesh.
You seek the truth, yet it leads you to us. To the warmth of our Loving Mother You have served the Southern Menace all your life, Why not Serve the Tentacular One?
In this maelstrom of stirring flesh, within the churning infinity you feel a maelstrom fall around you. You try to cover your eyes, but nothing stirs; nothing moves. You soon find that your hands are missing, your limbs vanished. All that remained is your thoughts…and a sweet, almost sickening sensation of warmth. A twisted, fleshy warmth, pulsating and intoxicating.
You try to form words, but a dense fog of comfort and ease claws the words that almost formed in your throat. You try to speak, yet no sound comes. You scream, but no voice could be heard. Trapped and utterly without a voice, you drift in the intoxicating warmth of the depths, until even your mind became no more: a single thought in the infinite chorus of thoughts, screaming out and speaking as you splay your thoughts and flesh…becoming one with the ceaselessly writhing flesh.
[---]
You soon awaken, sweat glistening in your brow. You frantically reach out and find that your hands grasped your very head. You glanced outside, overlooking the hill where Isawa was set in the distance, illuminated by the moon above. You wash yourself, trying your best to forget that horrifying dream. You glance at the clock: the time is 0300 hours, well earlier before you are expected to hear of Luca's findings. That nightmare felt so very real…you cannot help but ponder if there is truly something greater than even the Wardens or Colonials at play here…

*Investigator,
I was wondering when the time would come that you would have need of my skills, Investigator. I never liked the way the people around eye me like I’m some sort of dead weight; a liability of some sort. They’re just a bunch of thick-headed lunks who were probably jealous of my higher calling. Not everyone can afford to join the draft, you know. I am simply a keeper of Mesea’s greater history, the key to understand our past so that we can anticipate the future. I am destined for so much more than to fight in some water-logged, corpse-ridden trench. I’m an Academic, not a simpleton moved by whatever propaganda the Ministry puts out!
I will say that the task you have set before me is quite a simple endeavor Investigator. I analyzed his writings and found that he wrote with the standard cursive taught to Officers and those of higher office: you can tell by the flourish of his letters particularly at how he writes his Ls and Bs. Very distinct; I can assume he’s left-handed as well given the spacing. I studied a bit of typography: part of my sentence was to create forgeries and ciphers for use by the Internal Ministry to confuse the subversive elements of the Warden Army. So of course I know just what he was writing in this water-logged book. Mostly.*
*The pages have mostly fused together near the front, but from what scraps I could gather it seemed more or less the mundane things a Legatus writes about: the state of the army, the push at Deadlands, landfall at Skodio, the battle at Promithiens, execution warrants for suspected partisans and more. Nothing that important, I guess. Atleast nothing that I’m sure you knew plenty about already. The middle pages were harder to pry apart; apparently that conceited Officer Cadet (OCdt) clearly didn’t understand what I meant by ‘clean up the grime’ because I still saw some rotting kelp fusing the pages together, so I wasn’t able to recover those.
The final few pages are…interesting. The last few devolve into half-written scribbles that resemble picture drawings more than it does any legible writing: did he let a child write the last few pages? They were certainly a lot more disjointed, as if the writer suddenly lost movement of his fingers or something. I can tell that based on how the letters were spaced; broad strokes atypical of how the Legatus wrote previously, with more ink smudging that implied mistakes that were made. I suspect that someone else may have written these, but even I have my doubts. Regardless, here is a few pages that I was able to salvage:*
Page 1: With every moment that passes, I sing for HER glory. Finnigan has shown me so much-! I have surrendered my eyes; I have no need for them any longer. They blind me from the truth of HER beauty and love! Every day I feel it in my bones…the blessing of the MOTHER…every day I hear HER call louder and louder. I sing HER praises in my waking hours, dreaming of HER womb in my sleep. I see it; an endless churning ocean of flesh and bone, a land swallowed up by HER love and the progeny of her boundless love, nurtured in HER womb. I have given up everything…and SHE has given me so much more…
Page 2: It becomes unbearable every day that passes these limbs…the limbs, the limbs! I have no use for them any longer! They shackle me to the ground like my flesh shackles me to the Southern Menace! I cannot bear to live another hour away from HER glory. I have made examples of those unbelievers…and tonight…we shall all witness the joy of HER love as we consummate ourselves as HER children in the ceaseless depths with this sacred land as our witness.
Page 3: LOUDER LOUDER I HEAR…No more sound…no limbs…I SEE NOTHING BUT THE OCEAN. HEAR NOTHING BUT HER LOVE. CLOSER CLOSER…They have gone ahead, all 48…even Finnigan…BUT I SEE HER- AH THE DARKNESS! It calls…IT CALLS IT CALLS IT CALLS! DESCENT DESCENT DESCENT! Further…deeper…deeper…I must enter her womb. We set sail…TOGETHER! TOGETHERTOGETHERTOGETHER! We must go NEARERNEARERNEARERNEARER!
The other pages I have salvaged simply devolves into repeated mention of the words ‘NEARER’ without context. The handwriting became sloppier and sloppier, to the point I could barely even understand what any of it meant.
When I reported this to the 109th, I consulted with the records that were present in the Town Hall. One of the names mentioned, Finnigan O’Reily, was a name that was listed on a dusty record: he was one of the 15 Warden prisoners taken upon conquering Promithiens. Of these, 12 were executed along with 18 suspected Partisans three weeks ago. The fate of the other Warden prisoners are not updated whatsoever; I can’t quite hazard a guess as to exactly what role this…Finnigan played or what happened to the others, but something seems to add up here, with all these numbers mentioned.
I also managed to dig up the ledgers: they had in their possession 4 Barges and a freighter, yet not one was found when we were at the Port or anywhere else. Perhaps they used these to escape? But that didn’t explain why they didn’t take anything with them. Not quite sure how I would explain that, but what do I know? I’m just a crooked-neck pencil pusher like that Polish soldier calls me by. I swear some Legions don’t act professionally whatsoever! I would ask that you discipline your soldiers well, Professor. Respect should be given to those who pursue a higher purpose in learning!

hey @unkempt prawn I like the flag. A bit nonplussed about it's fit with the lore (not sure if that was the aim or not). As the Colonials (Mesea and Veli) tend to have the Hellenic language feel whereas the Wardens (Caoiva) tend to have Gaelic-Germanic feel. So the latin motto and use of "Legion" (particularly when Legion is the well known shortening for the Colonial forces) seems a little misplaced. Perhaps change the icon to a Colonial sigil and the colours to green and you'll have made an awesome Colonial flag! 😄
As always, great stuff @neon tiger , love the story so far
Endless sea is winning
Imagine making a clan whose allegiance is tied directly to who controls Godcrofts
Where you ask people if they want to be sacrificed as you proceed to holler while they willingly jump into the water
Where every city and FOB in there is T3 solely from grinding Godcrofts
Dont talk about me unless you @ me
Just seeing every city as T1
And Godcrofts has T3 cities everywhere, fully maxed
Because of a bunch of 🐙 shitposters grinding Materials

They'll run unarmed in front of HMGs
Screaming and babbling random nonsense
Oh so you ARE talking about me
This is some lore I am starting to write: Beginning of Lore Umbral Wildwood in the land of Veli, was a very peaceful land full of trees, farms, and open field. The farmers and villagers could complete work each day and get up the next morning knowing that life is fair and kind with nothing to worry about except watering the crops.
The people enjoyed visiting each other and helping others out in need. The Colonials in Umbral had very little arguments or disagreement over supplies or land, but in other regions, the Colonials were not the same. The other Colonials were pioneers of war always searching for an enemy that could match their skills, and even killing much of the wildlife to find their match. Even to this day you can only hear the birds and the deer, others assume it is only a memory though.
The People of Umbral feared these Colonials would drive them out of their land so they banded together and formed a Field Army. Within the field army, there was three Regiments. These Regiments all had unique names, numbers, and commanders. They were based out of the most populated towns and had all different duties but with the common goal to defend Umbral from outsiders at all cost.
2nd Regiment: 7th Stray Riders Commander:
3rd Regiment: 1st Sentries of Umbral Commander:```
No one from then on was allowed to enter or leave Umbral. But there were many problems that followed. For the limited soldiers present had no military experience or training, therefore making it difficult to secure the whole region. Also, no one really knew the borders of Umbral and it was not clear who was in command. And because of these issues, more problems would arise.
When the other regional Colonials caught word of the military changes in Umbral, there was a terrible uprising that fell across the known land. These Colonials wanted war against people of Umbral. The People of Umbral that day officially united as one group and formed the “Government of Umbral and all true to Veli”.
Both sides were preparing for war but were unaware that there was another faction called the Wardens. The Wardens were establishing their own empire and discovered that there was other regions in the world. Upon their discovery of these other colonials, the wardens reached out to introduce themselves. Wardens meeting the other warring colonials distracted them from fighting. This was a miracle for the people of Umbral for the raging Colonials calmed down and decided to focus on different matters instead of war. But there was still tension.
Years went by and much had changed. Umbral became divided by the Wardens and they built a wall called the Bulwark. After that the Government of Umbral and all true to Veli ended and many moved out of Umbral to go more to the developing cities. The regiments stayed but got incorporated into the greater Colonial and received proper training. Some of the changes were good because the other colonials were less warlike. However, because of the wall, tension was rising between the Colonials and Wardens.
The Great Wars began with the fight right on Colonial Umbral doorstep. With the beginning of the war, a new leadership was put in Umbral (under the Colonial High Command). This was the first time the three regiments saw battle. Roughly 3,000 men had enlisted into the Field Army and were immediately sent to fight. The Field Marshall and his Generals made desperate moves in Umbral to keep it from falling. This put their army into and offensive position against the Wardens. The Umbral field army’s first few campaigns were a complete success but when they got over ambitious, things began to unravel. On their fourth campaign, they held land all the way up to Weathered Expanse. This is where they made their fatal mistake in that they divided the army and sent one to push Marban Hallow and the other half to push Viper Pit. They did not call for reinforcements or allies and this division ended up dividing the officers too. Both divided groups were unsuccessful and the Wardens ended up forcing them to retreat all the way to Drowned Valve and Allod’s Bight. Once there they had to hold out and fight for the rest of the war. They had no man power to push but only to hold. The Wardens eventually lost the war and peace was made but with heavy losses on both side.
2nd Regiment Casualties: 875
3rd Regiment Casualties: 724
Total: 2058```
After the war, the Colonial High Command was happy with the Umbral Field Army despite the losses and losing the Fourth Campaign. The Colonial High command were unsure what to do with the three regiments that had each lost quite a few men. Someone suggested combining all regiments into one, renaming it the **Last Colonial Wildwood Regiment**. From that day on they stayed as one regiment and stationed out of Umbral Wildwood. They kept their traditions and with the goal of defending Umbral from outsiders at all cost.

anyone who's able to write more than one paragraph about foxhole and its lore gets an uplike from me
@abstract gatei know
First is there isn't really a language as prominent as latin for a motto
2nd there is also not really a equivalent of legion
The name legion is from the american civil war legions
XD
I'm gonna try to dig something out from Beowulf or something
You could go for something like Kompanie (German Company) or Cathlan (Gaelic Battalion) or perhaps use Regiment or Battalion because English in itself is a primarily West Germanic language
@abstract gate we have been thinking about those options, and for now legion was just what we decided on
Thanks for your input, cathlan is a good one
@silver pecanyeah weve thought about that one
I don't see cathlan anywhere on the web
We might go with brigade
Let's make a conlang for this game lul
maybe even Cateran
Hmm
ADDENDUM A10:
*Investigator,
What do you think the most dangerous line of defense in Whedon’s Row is, Investigator? Do you think it has to be the 12 Fangs of the Lham; coastal batteries far from the reach of our own guns aimed right at the only suitable landing area below? Is it perhaps the mountainous terrain of the region, a steep and harrowing incline festooned with numerous bunkers, murder holes and tunnels that can survive weeks, if not months of sustained artillery barrages? Or does that distinction fall upon the Coastal battery Fist of the Empire, a massive rail cannon able to fire super heavy shells leagues beyond to sink would-be invaders attempting to couple their barges with the beach below? No, Investigator. Their first line of defense is the treacherous Endless Sea.
It is said that the Sea bows to no one; not since the days before the Compact was signed, when Iain Callahan was still sucking on his mother’s teat. Few questioned the feasibility of conquering that fickle, capricious sea. The others were most likely already dead. It is said that those who set sail from Godcrofts or Tempest Island hoping to cross the Endless Sea was destined to return in a fortnight, and most such sayings are indeed true: often you would find wreckages adrift in those shores, mangled corpses washed to shore by that temperamental sea. A common saying goes that the famed white cliffs of Godcrofts was created from the bones of the drowned in that terrifying sea.*
We Colonials have our share of disasters in that sea: from the disastrous landing Ten years ago where a force of 4,000 men died attempting to scramble for cover in that exposed beach to the folly of Legate Crassus Dio. A man truly out of his depth and an example of Mesean excess and corruption. The man who essentially bought his position of privelege led the biggest naval expedition to Whedon’s Row in Colonial history with over 9,000 enlisted soldiers, One hundred gunboats, five Imperator-class battleships, numerous landing APCs and a fleet of Barges, all in a bid to conquer Whedon’s Row. Impatient and ever eager to out stage the strategic brilliance of Thea Maro, Crassus Dio sailed just days before the monsoon season began and his fleet vanished with him ever since. Spies in Whedon’s row stated that it took the Wardens 3 months to clean up the detritus, debris and wrecks that washed ashore on Whedon’s row, remnants of that foolish Legatus and his dreams of power. His body nor his Aquila were ever found then.
It is often said that the Endless sea bows to no one, not even the famed mariners of the Warden Navy would dare sail its seas when the storm clouds turn dark or when the winds howl with dark conviction. Those who do, often end up at the very depths of that sea. I was told that the wild life there was equally strange: a genus of 8-legged Cephlapods that were originally scavengers who had gained a taste for human flesh from all the unfortunate men who drowned there. The grounds at Godcrofts is also particularly barren, rocky and sandy. This inhibits the areas where cities could be established as well as where bases could be formed. That and, of course, the suspicious rumors that the place is haunted. Ever since the insurmountable failure of Crassus Dio, the Colonial Council has been reluctant to attempt to siege Whedon’s Row, much less to sail across the Endless Sea. And for good reason: those who do often wash up a fortnight later, mangled and broken.

Crassus Dio is pretty close to Marcus Licinus Crassus, aka the fool of Carrhae
Both inflicted crippling and shameful losses for their respective sides.

*Investigator,
I would be lying if I said that I was excited to visit a Caovish crypt. When I was younger it was all I had dreamed of: finding buried artefacts, avoiding dangers and discovering the greater truth of our world through history. Now that I am older, I can atleast thank the wisdom of age to dissuade me from pursuing such things pointlessly. Not that I could refuse: I put quite an emphasis on my life, more than I would refusing to enter some god-forsaken crypt.
I was directed to those ‘carvings’ that were just scrawled all over the interior of the fort. The reason why they couldn’t understand it is because these were written in ‘old font’. Let me explain: aside from the Ascension of Iain Callahan, another important event in Caovish history is the First Founding. It is here that, for the express interest of all Clans in Caovia that the various Clans who ruled each region like a fiefdom should be identified and their heirs tracked so as to smooth tensions and arguments towards things such as inheritance, lines of succession and grazing or farming rights. The First Founding also codified the many dialects spoken at that time, divided by region. While most of these dialects were considered obsolete after the Second Founding when the Empire under Callahan consolidated Caovia and it’s still prominent clans, many still spoke ‘the old tongue’ for a time. These carvings were written in the old tongue, hence why not many could understand them. While many carvings were definitely weathered away, I was able to translate a phrase:*
To hear the Tentacular One’s call.
When at last she reaches out to us
We shall join her in the ceaseless depths forevermore.```
*As much as I dreaded walking into the crypt, I knew that the Internal Ministry of Affairs was watching, so I had no other choice. I followed Rafal and the others into the crypt, trying to endure that god-awful smell when I came face to face with that statue. That foreboding feeling wasn’t just reserved for you and me; there is definitely something sinister about this, and the way this…deity was venerated. The name was read to be KXSMELRWN. The second letter was seemingly faded, eroded by the countless years of salt water dripping down on the statue. The Endless Shore Octopus isn’t a pretty creature: it fed on carrion and detritus from wrecks, with some claiming to have seen their very friends dragged to the depths by those creatures and torn asunder with their chitinous beaks. Not even the indigenous populations would eat them: who would like to partake in a creature that had a taste for human flesh?
I gathered by things and took note of the etchings and returned to Promithiens as fast as I possibly could. I looked through some of the volumes that I had acquired from my days in tenure at the Mesean Anthropological Institute; mostly books that were among the war prizes bought long ago when Thea Maro conquered Sun’s Haven. A lot of old and priceless books, some that had escaped the great purge and censorship that is so common today.*
*I had sent a telegraph about my inquiries to the Institute, and I did get some informations days later: the name itself was KASMELRWN, an old, ancient deity that had features very similar to that of the Endless Shore Octopus worshipped by the Caovish long ago. A ‘loving’ mother that personified the sea yet demanded sacrifices and devotions by drowning both believer and unbeliever alike. The parallel would easily be that of Okeanus: while merciful Neptune grants safe travels through the sea to all who venerate him, Okeanus personified the terrible wrath of the sea from the jagged rocks to the tempestuous storms that send many to the abyss. But this KASMELRWN was something else: seen as a sort of loving mother who seeks to embrace all in her womb and spread her love everywhere, to splay our flesh and spread it out to the warmth of the mother. Needless to say…not a particularly benevolent deity.
Mention of KASMELRWN was pretty sparse in the texts I have acquired, though almost no mention of it is made in present publications. I suspect this is due to the rather…macabre association with willing or unwilling human sacrifice. This is corroborated because certain creatures like the Kelpie or Kraken is still well documented and exists to some degree to this present day, but not KASMELRWN. There was also mention of ‘some clan’ that primarily worshipped this creature, but I have checked the Clan Registry and find nothing. In fact, it doesn’t seem like any Clan at all ruled Godcrofts from the Second Founding onwards.*
This makes no sense whatsoever: while we have no specific names in the Clan Registries in the lists at the Second Founding given authority over Godcrofts, it is clear that some Clan did rule Godcrofts, atleast until that information was removed during the Second Founding’s corrections. But until then, we don’t really have much information on this, aside from the fact that it was clear that this KASMELRWN was worshipped in Godcrofts, perhaps even further afield. Until we have evidence for certain, we can’t be completely sure. But this is definitely a good step forward; I’ll look and read of it in advance once I confirm the research.
If anything, Investigator, I suspect that the contents of this letter would have been scrutinized by the Internal Ministry. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to talk to me about what you’re curious about. The Internal Ministry has many eyes everywhere, don’t jeopardize yourself needlessly.

Also. Attention. It is I, 🐙. I am the writer behind @neon tiger. I will not be available to continue the story line for the weekend to come because of a trip I have to make to Florida in the coming days. I am uncertain if I can make a reply (typing on mobile is a bitch) but it's safe to say that I won't be making any replies or continuations until I return later next week. I fully intend on finishing this story through and through, perhaps even think about the possible endings (yes, there are various endings to this) and the 2nd part of the Dream sequence.
I would like to thank, first and foremost, everyone who has participated in this story, whether or not they have given advice, hints or encouragement. You are all absolutely wonderful!
Have a nice weekend, and may the Tentacular One bless your time in Foxhole.

Story: Our FOB was under heavy fire, collies everywhere. We had no hope of succeeding. Everything was in a dim light until Mucio34, a lieutenant, brought us an AC. We hopped into the battle saying "We're an AC, if doesn't matter if we die!". The enemy had no AT weaponry, we managed to hold their entire assault with this tiny AC. In the end, a guy with an RPG showed up and killed us. I hopped out saying "Get out, the shirt you'll use is worth more than the AC" he said "NOOOOOO!" while mowing down the enemy. I was next to the vehicle when the second shot hit. In the end, we succeeded in holding the assault, but the enemy overran the base...

on top of this, you'd also have your role uniform (armband with cross for medic, etc) as well as weapons staying on your back when de-equipped
would look real nice imo
Forgive me, I'm not intimately familiar with the Warden model - what changes have you made?

if those exact uniforms get added into the game i will nutt
Well they hinted at creating outfits,

utility outfits
But as most early-access games go
These are merely concepts, rather than reality.
@random pond take this as a grain of sand
when i saw that devblog it got me super excited
it's so frustrating though because the dev team is so small
they work slower than other publishers
there's like a million things this game needs but they're not going to get totally fleshed out for a year max or even longer
also why did they go through all the effort to model those uniforms just tHROW THEM AWAY
@random pond thats how it works man... didn't you see the relics?
They even hinted at a super relic tank
and instead, ALL relics were scrapped except the staff car in the spawns
you know what
I have nothing to do today, I'm going to dedicate an hour or two to location a clip of that tank
it was a "black outline" but it was still hinted
Because we must suffer
the communities relationship with the devs is like the death grips fanbase
Seriously @random pond look up starwarss work he is a great 3D modeller
where would i look for his work?
The uniforms look cool ngl
sketchfab?
They could be implemented
Yea easy
But i think that no one will use the medic one

i'm really proud of this one, i'd love to see it in vale/allods bight
I'm still searching
I'd like to have a button in my spawn screen which says "Spawn As:..."
Scout
Medic
Engineer
Etc, you get it
that's a good idea
man all those look great
yep
I mean maybe
how did he get access to the foxhole models?
part of a suggestion me and him worked on for modualer unifroms
I think he asked KFC or one of the devs
actual adam posted them once
You know the profile thingy before you start playing?
but yea modualer systems would give us indviduality while keeping us unifrom
You should have an option where you can choose your outfit
@random pond they sometimes come back, still looking for clip, but this is from 2 years ago
so sometimes they do go back and work on things
Why not. This uniform idea is good
we never got it finished
so we never posted it
then the devs releaced there ideas so we stopped
And also, ranks on your shoulders
what's really annoying me though
is they're deleting devstreams
and some stuff seems "cut out" of the youtube videos
hmm
so I am having to go to the 'clipped' stuff by players on twitch
hmmm I wonder why
its a thing I'm noticing.
probebly cause they said something the didnt want to tell people about
Also that is very true @grizzled vigil most of the mods are instructed to watch what they say
Holy hot dogs that is ancient.
hb looks like jesus
Because people tend to wrap their claws on things
Praise HB
What's kinda neat though
is going through these clips, I can really see the transition in the background of the office
Way before they got the almighty standing desks
and if you go all the way back to #1 they're on a couch
Still no outlet cover
Is that mobile shield ? @bold snow
@fluid moat That's from 2 years ago
That is was the FMG used to be.
Sorry to disappoint.
but that gives me a great idea
cry at bathroom
Scroll up further and see the outfits
Totally didnt stay up until nearly 3AM to make this
@weak mural is that a reference to something or oc?
i feel like i've seen that somewhere before
OC
Like, my sleep derived brain produced this
I litteraly made a scene, and then just the next, without knowing were it was going
you brought me back to oldschool DS flipnote animation
hahahaha, yeah lol
I wanted to do an animation for quite a while, but didnt want to take forever nor to have huge files, so a 128x128 canvas it is
It are about 200 frames I think
Collie try’s to feed me anything I going to bite them

thats CH worthy
@weak mural I just realised after coming back 2 hours later
That it’s a full animation and not just some guy blinking over and over.
all the "scenes" are seperate gifs as well, so I dont blame ya
I put actual effort into the AC
Since when the f are Colonial AC turrets actually facing the enemy? @languid blade
Check out the Red Cross, yo https://youtu.be/4bvXHBSzKpI
Brave medics, healing all friend and foe at their own risk- these are the men and women of the Foxhole Red Cross. Check their Discord server out over here! h...
Thanks to @tardy dagger and the rest of the guys for shooting footage yesterday, and @robust cloud for the voice for the video itself~
I'm gonna pester @half sandal to get the 128thAR to sign the Treaty of Sunhaven, but I imagine I'll run into a few snags, the largest of which is that it will most likely prevent insubordinate crewmen to be used as shells
We can’t sign the treaty
We do not have the ability to pick and choose where our shrapnel goes
You're deadass wrong if you think I'd rather put shrapnel rather than any other round in my tank.
Even if it was dirt cheap.
Exactly, you got only 1 slot, you gonna fill it with Shrapnel? The moment you see an enemy building or enemy armored vehicle you're done for. I mean sure you could use it as a more heavily armored halftrack to kill enemy infantry with but still, you're not as versatile as you'd be with just standard shells.
Can’t say I won’t kill medics because I have no idea who’s a medic and who isn’t
Also, I get commends for sinking rounds into Collies healing other collies
So uh
My hands are politically tied
Major Ferendris , CRG Leader, by @glad egret
@glad abyss Last I saw LTs still had only 1 slot sadly.
well LTs have two inventory spaces now
since one isn’t being used for gas
you could theoretically dual load
amazing
@random pond All combat vehicles got a reduce in inventory slots by 1.
So LT 2>1
BT 4>3
HT 4>3
AC 2>1
You get the idea
Yep.
That's a top 10 Foxhole meme for sure
@languid blade can you post the adam boat meme again?
👌
But i didnt guess it
Navy seal copypasta. Probably too long... @hoary tusk
Absolutely too long
Something like that.
I don't know what the main title would be but you could od the subtitle as 'Persistent Gorilla Warfare' in reference to the navy seal copypasta
Maybe just 'Navy Seal: Persistent Gorilla Warfare'
I know
have it be '20:1'
subtitled 'why'
For every cat ears you draw on a human, a kitten with human ears is born
Perfection
Lmao
p e r f e c t
To all of you fellers that wanna attend the FCL but aren't 100% sure about going
20:1
Persistent Torture
@robust cloud reminds me a lot of this video

@bold snow what, didn't like it? 😛
Good to know you're in captivity
I think you’re taking offense where it’s not being put.
Idk you just seem gently retaliatory.
Bruv, no
You talked about alphas, which is a joke, so i joked back
So nah, don't take it seriously ❤
👍
@robust cloud 10/10
Some creative I made in light of recent events in the last war
by @stone dawn
Why did you had a human voice, an orc voice and a troll voice in the same video, @robust cloud good job, sounds really amazing. But it's no surprise, it's an mp3 file coming from you... ;)
Finally done
Warms my heart whenever I see one of your pieces.
is my way
Elohole
OwO or uWu (god that feels disgusting to type out)
But FOXHXOF has a mech in the middle
Foxhxof to me it seems it has a man bowing... and the white dot right in the middle clearly points out in which direction
Mechas when?
he slips

@random pond can you make one for collies
cause i wanna use it as my twitch alertbox animation
@hoary tusk LMAO these are great
@robust cloud here's your collie-slip as requested
the greatest video format
apple users: why is my video buffering its stored on my phone
If you can get me a transparent background, I'll put it on my twitch for the FCL
the best he can do is make it green/blue, videos cant have "transparent backrounds"
Orrr
You can invest some time in looking up how to do that for your specific program online or in faqs.
Just do a green screen
fantastic
when's it due to start?
The 24th I think
@robust cloud Starship Troopers? Good man
Yeaaaahh
But yeah, Starship Troopers.
All I have is Ace Levy's Bug Hunter from the set
That's a rad M-3 helmet either way 😄
Thanks
Its a background actor prop that made its way out of storage to be reused as a main actors helmet
At least you didn't try and fix it because I doubt you are rated to repair the M-3 Tactical Helmet, especially during a live fire exercise.
from a 5 second clip?

@random pond should have made it a bus from in game
RIP
@random pond you’re on the next level of memeing
The rest of us are still in the Stone Age of still images

It's about time to get rid of them.
yes
Any news on that or just wishful thinking?
pretty sure matt said he hates forts in discussion today
we found alex jones and he told us about the chemicals in the water after we rescued him from drowning
lmao
Poor fox
Poor guy just couldn’t catch a break
My little brother often watches me playing Foxhole. The day before yesterday I taught him how to draw in Paint. Today I found this on my desktop...
UPD: I first published it in the channel #art-discussion, there I was advised to post it here.
Blender
And they call it a hobbyist's tool
Bring a 3rd or 4th faction into the mix
That's a big no from me and most likely the entire community
It'd mess with the lore and be unbalanced as hell
because more often than not it'd be two dogpiling on one who makes a small mistake before they're gone and then it's a 1v1
4 factions would be interesting.
Altho probably what Spark says, 3 joining forces and gang-banging the 4th one before they themselves turn on each other.
unique wars would be cool too tho
Velian War of Independence (against Mesea), Nicnevin skirmishes up north against Caoiva
Yeah, maybe sub factions?
Like Wardens are split into 2 sub ones.
Same with Colonials
And we can have Civil wars and shit.
That brings me some Total War vibes lol.
I've wanted to create a Communist Revolution within the Wardens for a while now
to stand up against hte high refining prices and the people put out of jobs because of it
Civil War it is then, I hate communists.
@fiery spire Do it
MG42, at your commie-killing service.
@fiery spire ill join, comrade
@visual thunder cough ww2cough you seem to have forgotten that the soviets won the war
Made by Zayn0nder(found in 82dk discord) and myself. ^^
Just need to make the sandbag block the pillbox's line of fire and it'll look like it came straight out of the game
@shy siren Remind me of the kill to death ratio then again sweetheart.
I've seem to have forgotten it.
Yeah, pretty high, but the soviets still won it whhile the other allies were dicking around in Africa/Italy
Yes, they won it with the infinite amount of men and material they threw at the Germans plus American logistics.
Then theres japan, they werent going to surrender even after the second bomb, but when the soviets changed fronts thats when they decided to surrebder
The soviets resisted a siege for three years
Yeah, id be pretty scared as japan especially since they had their asses handed to them twice by the USSR
All I do is make long hauls, work for days (out of game a few hours) in a junkyard trying to find salvageable parts, go and wait for the old pre war equipped refinery to process it, and then hope the factory I’m at can process my request fast enough to make another long haul out to the front as I dodge bullets and anti tank turrets to get my men the things they need. Do I ever get a single scrap of payment? No. I’ve very rarely even been commended for that line of work. Do any others work as hard as I do? Quite a few, most work even harder. Do they get paid? No. Communists, rise up. We live in a society.
Lol
Wow, a lot of people want me to install a communist party into the Warden government system
In fact it would be really really cool if the devs let us have a civil war event to fight this out
To help with that we should get a list of supporters and an opposition
https://forms.gle/R9By29tvTKVxVdMd8 - Fill out this form!
If you are a clan leader and want to pledge your whole clan in favour of or against the Republic, DM me
but if we go communist we can't Praise Callahan
Callahan wants the best for his people - he would support a government which aids its people and improves on the means of production
If I can I'll get the official blessing of Callahan's Followers
I imagine a Cold War like scenario and Abandoned Ward is split and we have tanks lined up and ready to shoot at each other just waiting for the mark.
We have more tanks of course.
And superior crews.
Because real tankers don't support communism
Nice bait.
Communism.
Ura
As a comminist i support this
We have been in a never ending war, it is clear the Caovian goverment is enept and does not see the blight of its people
@fiery spire u sure youd want a 82DK controlled faction? ^^ @shy siren
@ripe star join the 82nd imperialists :}
Well make wardenia great again
while I won't join 82 I will fight for only Callahan
@ripe star i meant cl joining our cause against the communist ffs 😂😂
Neat, we will grind you fascist into the ground
Roughnecks will maintain themselves loyal only to Caoiva and it's people
Then the people have spoken. As long as the Caoivish people are safe, and no harm is done unto those who do not threaten us, all will be well
Thats admirable
Such is our oath to the Caoivish people, no such oath have we sworn for any government
Welp, when the workers rise up, we will form a counsel of the people
Never again will we be forced to serve under one king
So long as the people are safe, happy, and free to pursue their own ambitions, the Roughnecks will not oppose it.
Ha. I wanna see what you reds do when theres no manpower to support you

Better to die on my feet than live a life on my knees, Reinherz.
Reds as in commies u fuk 😂😂 @robust cloud
Ideology has no place in the face of a true democracy that gives the people safety, happiness, and the freedom to pursue their dreams.
The only freedom lies in serving the emperor
Red, blue, green, yellow.. None of it matters in the face of true civilization.
A true leader serves
The Emperor serves the people. Without the people, they are an Emperor of None.
As a Warden clan, our oath is to the Caoivish people.
Anyone who threatens them, must eventually stand against us.
Even the Emperor.
@robust cloud we fight for Communism because Capitalism has failed to bring the people of Caoiva safety, happiness, and the freedom to pursue their dreams.
The harsh economic fallbacks have ruined families and lives, and are taking a toll on the war effort
We fight for communism because we fight for Caoiva
Your ideologies bore me.
The Roughnecks will not oppose you unless you threaten the Caoivish people's safety.
Our ideological pursuit is just a pursuit for what Caoiva needs - a happy coincidence, if you will.
We want a bloodless revolution, and that can only be done with support from as many people as we can gather
Spare me the hard sell.
You'll only have to worry about us if the Caoivish people's safety are in jeopardy.
Am I witnessing a Warden civil war between the Empire and a communist party?
I have no idea
yes, definitely, absolutely
Tbh I had no idea we had a communist party until now
Apparently you do
The Roughnecks do not align themselves with any political group.
We are loyal only to the Caoivish people
"Fellow citizens of Caoivia, lend me your ears! The communists want to take over our proud Empire and destroy it like many others, they have killed 100+ million and have enslaved many more in their "Gulags". Do you want your children to be fed propaganda in their schools? Do you want to have to snitch on your fellow man for extra privileges? Do you want to see people just suddenly vanish from the streets because they said something bad against the regime? We are the Soviet Slayers, we fight for our freedom of speech and we will destroy the red menace!"
"Communism has earnt a bad name from the popular fiction books that describe it. Often the heroes are the ones overthrowing it, but the harshness so often associated with communism is not what we want at all! We want every Caoivish citizen to be able to receive his bread, butter, and home regardless of whether he is able to afford it or not. Under the Laborer's Republic of Caoiva, you have the right to a good meal at the end of the day! You have the right to a shelter over your heads! And most importantly, you have the right to a secure, safe, and humane workplace and career to help contribute to the Warden Empire!
"The proletariat will no longer starve! The Caoivan will no longer starve alongside him! Together, we will defeat the invaders and bring about an era of peace and prosperity the likes of which haven't been seen since the days of Callahan!"
earned*
"According to the Wiktionary, "earnt" is correct but not common: This is an uncommon (<0.5% as common as earned in the British National Corpus) but entirely acceptable alternative form of the simple past and past participle earned."
Hmmm, alright then.
More a British/Australian thing tbh
Damn this would make a nice Hearts of Iron game, or a government option in Total War or something.
or a civil war event if this gets big enough
Think of how amazing a Foxhole 'civil war' war would be
even if it only lasts for a day, it'd be great
Making progress on the Colonist Characters for my animation...
why is gali 8ft
So she can fetch me my whisky bottles high up on the counter.
Yes, and she can hold them just out of your reach like your taller brother.
I don't trust the anti-communists. they have the old symbol of the hatred legion.
Who the fuck is that?
Well alright then...
I like the new one. The old one has too many RL ties
I drew a modified lance. Hope you guys like it
As the TF2 Heavy would say "Tiny baby gun".
i was considering making it a high velocity cannon
@weary osprey I really like the drawing, but I feel like it's missing something above the wheels
it just looks like an empty area.
when you hear a colonial fob being built
