The Mesean Republic is the oldest democracy on the planet. Neighboring the Oligarchs of Veli and the perlious Archons of Caoiva it stands as a testament to the enduring will of the Mesean people to struggle for their freedoms and their rights.
The Senat is the oldest institution of Mesea aging back to the founding of the Republic, year 0. It sits as a unicameral assembly operating under a 'first-among-equals' leadership scheme with the leader of the largest party obtaining the speakership of the Senat. Senators are elected by the people of Mesea for 5 year terms apportioned through the D'hont method. The Senat and it's institutions have survived over 350 years of struggle and unrelenting conflict. Physical violence and political scheming are a constant within it's halls and the Senat's sessions are no stranger to riots, insurrections and protests filling it's chamber and halls.
In the year of the Republic 389 the 76th General Election has brought little change to the Senat with grumbling on both sides of the aisle. The Torey Party continues it's current 2 term regime with the support of Nation for Maro. Opposite sits the Respublia Party and it's Industrial Labourers allies.
The people of Mesea can now sleep a little easier as the barrage of election campaigning draws to a close and the government retakes it's seats.

Election Day
The brisk spring air blows through a small seaside town in northern Mesea. A middle-aged woman shuffles towards the polling booth clutching material for the Torey Party. Luckily the line wasn't too long, She had arrived early to put in her ballot and to skip the lines that would inevitably form after breakfast time. The woman hears a young male voice a few spots ahead of her.
"Come on, you can't be serious? Maro? You're going to vote for them? Don't you know what their leader was doing back in-"
The voice promptly ends as a man dressed in light green marches over and taps the loudmouth on the shoulder. A pin sits on his shirt reading "ELECTION OFFICIAL." The Woman allowed herself a slight smile, must be a first timer. It's common knowledge that anybody waiting to vote must not speak too loudly in order to not disrupt the careful consideration of the voter. It wasn't a crime, but simply a rule that everyone could agree on. A rarity in these times.
Now with only her thoughts for company the Woman turns her head to the wooden fence on her left filled almost completely with posters, banners and slogans for each party in the Senat. Among the monotony of yellow, red and brown the Woman notices one patch of posters that has been defaced with what seems to be cheap propaganda. The Woman sighs.

Lieutenant-Colonel Sir Felix Invictus leads the charge against GoldenRoot Ranch after Colonial railway guns force massive breaches into the Bulwark, protected by Captain Conrad Nachtnebel.
In front of a breached portion of the Bulwark, two Warden knights (A Caovish loyalist and a turncoat) duel amidst the hail of gunfire rippling down from both sides. With armor more than tough enough to stop the early-war rifle ammunition, the knights ignore bullet after bullet. This was one of the last battles to include official and fully-armored Warden knights as the mythical metal and glass compositions the armor was made of had been lost to the technological apocalypse. While a similar, less effective and less covering replica had been designed by modern researchers, this armor would never reach the potential to that of the Warden Knights, and their wearers never as skilled.
Few Knights are alive today. Those who are have long passed their fighting days and most have taken to filling the blanks of the old composite. During the Great War, roughly a quarter of the Warden knights defected to the Colonial side after the state eliminated the knightly class. The Colonials smartly instated their own and invited many over.

The door squeaks open, and a new slim shadow comes through the entranceway. They sit down at a stool 2 seats down, and ask for a Callahan’s bite. Something is off about him, his presence is eerie.
“Brogan”, I exclaim as I rush over and give him a hug, “Oh you sweet boy I haven’t seen you in years!” Brogan pushes me off him, saying in a startled voice,
“Get off me old man, who do you think I am? I’m not this Brogan you speak of. Are you mad?” I step back and realize the horrible mistake I made! This wasn’t Brogan. His eyes aren't the charcoal black that good ol Brog had or the crooked front tooth.
“Oh I'm sorry young man, I didn’t mean to disturb you.” you reminded me of an old friend I served with back in the great wars. Please go on your way.” He steams off murmuring under his breath
“Filthy vet’s getting in the way”
“You watch out. You don’t know who you are talking too” shouts a scruffy old man from the corner of the bar.

Day 1
Deadlands
My life started the day war broke out between the two powers. We received the order directly from Commander macmillan to report to the western bridge. My tank, third in line with Murphy up Front and Byrne second. Behind me was Doyle. Together we formed the first platoon of the 277th Heavy Tank Battalion, Callahan's Fists. Fitted with Flood Mk I’s, the pride of the Warden empire, we are the most well equipped armor brigade in this sector. I sat on the edge of my hatch atop big Brutus, my tank, whom I've commanded for a hair under a year. She has yet to fire in anger but this is about to change. I post up behind a wrecked streetcar just west of the Suns Haven town hall. Doyle informed us over radio that he would head down through the industrial sector and find a good defensive position there. At that moment Sully, my gunner calls out movement across the bridge. I pick up my binos from around my neck and peer down across the bridge, the only link between us, the holy defenders of Caovia and these treacherous invaders… The Colonials. Who have come and taken this land from us and have forced our populations into submission. Through the dust comes a platoon of 4 Lance 36’s The colonial equivalent to our own Battle tanks. They look menacing with their thick front armor and flat turrets, but they are ugly. They have no history behind them, unlike our own tanks. The first Lance stops 100 feet short of the bridge where my counterpart comes out of his hatch and we lock eyes through our binoculars. I don’t know this man and he doesn’t know me but if push comes to shove we will both try our damndest to kill one another. His 3 comrades take up positions behind him, staggering themselves on opposite sides of the road. This wasn’t looking good. We’ve heard rumors that an escalation would come but it couldn’t possibly be today.

Day 3: Colonial forces continue to push into Callahan's Boot. We destroyed the bridge from The Pits in an attempt to slow their advance.
We ran out of medical supplies an hour ago.
The bridge was destroyed successfully, however gunfire began to ring out from the north.
Colonial partisans, assisted by conventional forces; began to push our defences. We packed into the trenches and aimed our gun line towards the forest awaiting their advance.
Flares lit up our position, and then a hail of grenades landed at our feet.
We dispersed, and in the chaos, Colonial flame troopers rushed our trench. Their machines of death let out a low hiss as bright orange flames saturated the trench line, and any poor soul who was not able to retreat in time was given a fate worse than death.
The smell of petrol and burning hair filled my nose. The crackling of human flesh being set aflame echoing through the bunkers in bouts of deafening silence between the cacophony of gunfire.
The flames began to spread, and I receded into a barracks room as the smoke clawed at my lungs and throat.
I observe the room for any avenue of possible escape, however there are none. I fear this subterranean living quarters will become my tomb.
I hear the echoing of whimpers and yowls of broken men from what sounds like our infirmary further down the trench line as they are bayoneted.
There I lay low to the muddy wooden floor, hearing the clack of boot heels in neighboring rooms. my rifle leveled at the entrance awaiting my fate.

4 versions of a Colonial 'IFV' like vehicle I made, I call it the Glaive. I got a lot of feedback on turret placement and how to make it so I have quite a few versions. I get IFVs were a post WWII idea, but I always liked the idea of one for the colonials as a the 'asymmetrical parallel' to the Warden light tank. Armed with a hyper velocity 20 mm 'auto cannon', the vehicle is armed with what is essentially a rapid fire anti tank gun, which is meant to be a 'pusdo' light armament to help support squads and deter light armoured vehicles. Its not quite a 30 mm or 40 mm and would do low damage, and as I picture this as a late tech vehicle it would often be up against heavier tanks. However its rapid fire would be more good at critting key components like tracks and turrets then being effective at knocking out a enemy vehicle. Also due to offset its high rate of fire the vehicle would have a LONG reload time of 15 to maybe 20 seconds due to the cramp turret. So high burst damage but its easy to run out of ammo. Also the driver has a front mounted smoke launcher to assist squads or to cover its retreat.
The vehicle would have light armour and be able to have a crew of 7, a driver a gunner and 5 crew mates who could sit in the back. The gunner could also pop his head out of the turret (as its quite squashed inside)
I am unsure if it should be amphibious, or as a trade off its immune to gas?
I got a lot of feedback while making them, hence why there are 4 versions.

A custom idea for a Colonial Cruiser Tank, it has a 68mm, frontal mounted MG and a rear mounted smoke dispenser. Has a crew of 4, of a Commander, Gunner Mg operator and Driver.
Wanted to have the MG be a 20mm cannon, but felt that may be a bit much. In my head has the same speed as the highwayman but lacks the boost function, but makes up for it with a slightly better off-road performance.
Name ideas are either the Maro or the Sabre

[note: this is not intended to be canon to the official foxhole lore, it's what I interpret as the line of events leading up to the game, disregard my previous map post]
Page 142 of the Mesea Department of Teaching and Training 'Upper School Modern History Curriculum Textbook Combined 13th edition' glimmered in the dull light of the classroom as a young student began yet another agonisingly boring history lesson. The teacher was droning on again about 'the breaking' or whatever it was called. The student gazed at the map printed on the page. Everyone knew about the Caoivish War, why did they have to teach it at school? If you really wanted to learn about it you could walk up to any old grandpa and get him yapping for 3 hours straight about how he slaughtered "Caoivish scum" with his trusty Volta musket. yawwwn. With nothing better to do, the student glanced up to the teacher and opened their ears for anything remotely entertaining.
"...Now of course, the War began in 319 when the Caoivish army laid siege to Fort Teichotima. This caused Senator Longinus to declare war on Caoiva and after a long struggle the Treaty of Dimiourg was ratified in 325 which cut the Caoivish Kingdom in half and established the Caoivish Republic as our partners in the North. DAY 80-81, MAIDEN'S VEIL, Marban Hollow – The city of Maiden’s Veil has been under threat of Colonial attack since the Colonial capture of Loggerhead and the Spitrocks relic base in the opening days of the war. For the first 50 or so days, a stalemate has occurred across an approximately 250 meter front, and amongst sprawling trench lines, emplacements, and bunker cities.
Persistent fighting has turned repeated attacks from both factions into a statistical constant of rising body counts and expended ammunition. Field machine guns (FMGs) in particular made up a bulk of the small-arms firepower, while sporadic, one-way mobs of grenadiers made for exciting, but ultimately fruitless gains.
With the arrival of mortars and flamethrowers, Legionary forces were quick to employ both of these assets to good, but not definite, effect.
[VCO] Pte. Jzpalaez, a frontline Warden sapper digging trenches at the base of the plateau, lamented the struggle of expanding the trench network for troops while under fire from machine guns and grenade launchers. “They’re destroying my goddamn work! I was born to dig, but they kept on shooting at me.”
Indeed, at least a dozen attempts to extend the line forward under cover of darkness was met with bullets, bombs, and the occasional visit by a Colonial with a bayonet. However after several hours of trial and error, the trench line was finished between Colonial bombardments, replete with effective barbed wire and bunker dispersion.
The line held, though at a high cost in manpower and material. Pte. Jzpalaez was able to celebrate a personal victory, however.

Hello, I once again return to show you my 3rd Sprocket creation, a new colonial SHT design, currently named Project-KT.
It is a multi-turreted design, consisting of 1 main turret with standard 75mm gun with increased range in the middle, surrounded by 2 Hatchet turrets providing additional firepower and 2 Xiphos turrets for protection against infantry.
It consists of 8 crew members: Driver, 75mm gunner, Loader/Engineer, Commander, 2 40mm gunners and 2 MG gunners.
The tank is slower and less manoeuvrable than the Ares, but still more "nimble" than the Warden counterpart, the Cullen Predator.
First two screens are views around the tank, the third screen depicts the firing angles of all turrets.

I had to fight against 3 enemy tripod machine guns and managed to kill the operator of every one of them before dying because window OP. Video now reminds me of that. So remember this one whenever you mow down schoolchildren (In Foxhole of course :3 )

Born out of a now-archaic doctrine, the Titan is one of the largest aircraft to have ever seen service within the Legion’s aerial ranks. Our presses are destroyed but we managed to release a small issue written by hand to keep you informed about this terrible event. The newspaper staff will be relocated on a new site for the rest of the war to not fall into Colonials hands.
