AA missiles that rely on radar can have problems with low flying and slow since the radar might catalogue them as birds and not show them to reduce radar load. if they even detect them since radar detection area is raised a lot of times so it doesn't include cities or mountains (ukraine is a plane so it got that going for it at least). what they can do is if the radars survive is to manually change to detection parameters.

I am studying in Ukraine. I was already in airport but the war has begun lmao. I am really lucky. If u want to hear about safety, rn I am w my fellows - Ukrainians from all parts of Ukraine. Kharkiv has internet, my friend said that 6-7 Russian tanks got destroyed. Another guy is in Melitopol where the battle is going on rn, he has internet, but he cant speak rn. He sends some photos and shit. Lviv is in safety. Ushgorod too. Kyiv is defending. Sumy, Chernihiv and Donbas regions were fighting, but now they r standing on almost the same positions where everything has begun. There were 30 helicopters in Kyiv, but my friends in Kyiv r fine. They bombed all airports.
