this was my first time making bread by hand and honestly I'd say it's easier for me than in the bread machine

bread machine is like.. you put everything in, and if it's gone wrong, you can't stop the process, it's gone for good. by hand you can adjust as you make it, less worry about it all going wrong because it's easy to correct mistakes
