Tip!! If you want to melt cheese or cook it, ahh water in the pan and heat it to boiling point, the add a slightly bigger pot on top and let the steam heat up the pot, then you may add the cheese and cook it like that without burning it 😆😆😆😆

The oil stays because it dosen't dissolve ij water so now you can get that hot oil taste which is heavenly

Traditional Finnish minced meat soup:

Recipe ingredients for 6 servings

6 potato
2 carrot
1 onion
150 g parsnips
150 g root celery
1 bay leaf
10 allspice
2 tbsp butter (for milling)
400 g ground beef (10% fat)
1 tablespoon oil for frying
1 liter meat broth
ON
fresh parsley

Peel and dice the potatoes, carrots, onion, parsnip and celery root. The potatoes are allowed to remain in larger cubes.
Freeze the carrots, onion, parsnip and root celery in a pot with butter. Add allspice and bay leaf.
Brown the minced meat properly. If necessary, use oil for browning. Season with salt.
Add the meat broth and minced meat to the pot. Cook until the potatoes are cooked.
Add parsley to the minced meat soup when the pot is taken off the stove.
