Starboard has stopped working in my server. I do not know why. It works in other server I have tested in. I have kicked and re-added Dyno and it has the highest role and admin in my server. I ran diagnosis and it says "There are no apparent issues with this module". The channels are hidden for anonymity but I can assure you the channel is set to the right channel and that Dyno has write perms to that channel. None of the ignored channels are ones that the starred messages are in. I do not know what the issue is.

Autoroles and emoji role choices do not work other, but logging does.

There are no secret starboards. All star reactions are not from the author.

You can check discord audit log to see if a bot in your server initiated a purge. If it is empty it could mean someone used some modded client to delete all their messages or discord may be acting on a data deletion request

The closest thing is either creating a custom command that adds the your punishment role and removes the verified role.

Or using the autopunish feature on the Moderation module to remove the verified role, but that's only for warning using the ?warn command.

You can add a filter to only show actions by Dyno. Add that filter and show me your audit logs. If you cant find any logs with the same timestamp as the action log you showed me earlier, that means that its not Dyno deleting the messages

If you believed you were mistakenly banned or there was another issue, you must attempt to contact the staff of the server where you were banned. You can ask a friend to do this on your behalf or see if the server has any other social media. If the server has a Dyno appeal form set up, the link would have been DMed to you when you were banned.

Hi all, just had my first issue using dynobot banning. I've been using dynobot since the very beginning of it being a tool. I've just experienced my first issue where a new joiner who has some NSFW content in their profile trying to post links. The ban command wouldn't work as it said the user was already a mod/admin?

When a new user joins, they receive a role that blocks all access to all channels bar the welcome channel for then using the captcha bot we have to verify. I've just had to use the discord banning feature instead. Is there any known issue with the bot at the moment that can't ban users?

To my understanding when u check that box and run the mute command, dyno will create a new role called mute and assosiate it to the mute role, after it has been created it will associate to it. Then u can make changes to the role settings and re'nameing to you're likeing.

Hello, you can get automessage to ping a role by including the role's literal mention within your message. The literal mention takes the format <@&RoleID>. For example, the literal mention <@&471826729057517588> would be used for the <@&471826729057517588> role.

You can use Dyno's ?roleinfo <rolename> command to see the literal mention you'd need to use.
