$1 - user that is being warned/banned

just add the appeal into the dm on the command you want it to be sent with

no you can utilise the warn command variable for the strike command so the dm will say "You were warned in [server name] for [reason] <--- proof will be included in the reason

then just use the command and ping the user like this: ?command @user

make sure you use the name of the command you make when executing it, also replace #channel with the name of the channel you want the bot to respond in

If you believed you were mistakenly banned or there was another issue, you must attempt to contact the staff of the server where you were banned. If the server has a Dyno appeal form set up, the link would have been DMed to you when you were banned.

Dyno is simply a service used to moderate users, and as such, Dyno Staff cannot help you with moderation issues from other servers. If you believed you were mistakenly banned or there was another issue, you must attempt to contact the staff of the server where you were banned. You can ask a friend to do this on your behalf or see if the server has any other social media. If the server has a Dyno appeal form set up, the link would have been DMed to you when you were banned.

What's the best method to autoban image spam bots? The ones that spam like 4 of the same image in every channel you have that look like shitty pictures of a monitor of some celeb's twitter then bitcoin payments or some crap.

I see image spam in automod but as an image server just banning more than like 20 attachments in 10 seconds would be risky and even that is at least 5 spam messages and it'd only delete the last one.

Had one spam every channel in my server and the only delete option on ban was 1 hour but it was like 6 minutes past an hour so it missed all of them across hundreds of channels. Manually deleting that was a real pain.

day 3 of asking for help. i accidently fried dyno putting two premium bots on the same bot making them conflict and breaking dyno. Me and anyone else with admin can no longer access dyno's dashboard for that server or invite it to the server. Dyno is simply a service used to moderate users, and as such, Dyno Staff cannot help you with moderation issues from other servers. If you believed you were mistakenly banned or there was another issue, you must attempt to contact the staff of the server where you were banned. You can ask a friend to do this on your behalf or see if the server has any other social media. If the server has a Dyno appeal form set up, the link would have been DMed to you when you were banned.

We generally recommend you keep the regular Dyno in your server. That's because if your subscriptions ends/expires, your premium bot will leave the server, or your custom bot will go offline, thus leaving you without Dyno.

After you have activated and invited Premium, the premium bot will fully take over all functions either way.

Note:

If you upgraded through Discord's App Discovery page, you are required to keep the regular Dyno in your server, otherwise Discord will automatically cancel your subscription.

That just means that a Dyno was kicked or premium Dyno left (which is automatic when payments lapse)

It's possible someone activated premium on your server and had someone with manage server permissions invite the premium Dyno

I've noticed that as well, apparently it might need a refresh.

My lockdown command keeps saying “Locked 0/x channels” even though I’ve configured them under the Moderator module. Dyno has Administrator and Manage Channels permissions, and all channels are regular text channels. I’ve tried re-adding, resetting, and re-saving the lockdown list, but it still doesn’t work. Could someone please refresh my server’s lockdown configuration cache?

Except there are a few channels/roles with some punctuation that the bot seems to have a problem with (one of the channels has an apostrophe in the name, and one of the roles has a special character), and i can't get it to link in the embed. is there any way to get them to link? It is recommended that Dyno has the Administrator permission.
Removing Administrator means that not only will you need to ensure the "Dyno" role has proper permissions, you will also have to ensure that Dyno has the correct permissions for every channel he has access in to ensure commands work correctly.
