Someone just got into our dyno and started spamming gore, animal ab*se and alot of other shit, according to my mod they did it using some sort of "tag get" command. We do not have ANY tags and all our perms are set up fine, this might be a flaw in dyno itself and please look into it

That would be because you have a tag called that. Check your tags module and delete it / restrict the module.

You can also look at Dashboard logs to know who / when the tag was created.

I’m using Dyno Custom with my own branded bot ARX Bot. The bot avatar is correctly set in:

Discord Developer Portal

Dyno Custom Dashboard

All webhooks created by ARX Bot

However, when sending automessages, the avatar is inconsistent:

Some automessages correctly display my ARX Bot avatar.

Others fall back to the default Discord logo, even though they use the exact same webhook and setup.

Examples (screenshots attached):

ARX Security Reminder → shows ARX Bot avatar correctly

Weekly Outlook (same channel, same settings) → shows Discord logo instead

We already tried:

Recreating automessages

Recreating webhooks

Restarting the bot

Updating the avatar everywhere

The issue persists and only happens with automessages. Custom commands and some messages work fine.

Since I’m paying for Dyno Custom specifically to have a consistent branded bot identity, this bug is very disruptive to my community’s presentation. Please advise if this is a known issue with automessages or if there’s a fix we can apply.

If you believed you were mistakenly banned or there was another issue, you must attempt to contact the staff of the server where you were banned. You can ask a friend to do this on your behalf or see if the server has any other social media. If the server has a Dyno appeal form set up, the link would have been DMed to you when you were banned.

For Dyno to be able to manage or moderate any role, he has to be VISUALLY higher than the role you want him to give or remove on the Roles page of your Server Settings. Otherwise, Dyno will not be able to manage users who have the role.

This is an issue with your channel permissions.
Go to the channel(s) they can still type in and go to Channel Settings -> Permissions

In the channel your permissions should be as follows:
For All roles except the Muted role Send Messages
For Muted role Send Messages

If it's a private channel your permissions should be as follows:
For the Member role or Access role Send Messages View Channel
For Muted role Send Messages
For @everyone role Send Messages View Channel

Note: If you wish to leave your channel permissions as they are, you can enable the "Remove Roles When Muted" setting under the "Moderation" module settings on the web dashboard to have Dyno remove the user's roles when muting them.

I've just come across a weird thing with command channel permissions...
I'm trying to make sure commands are only available on specific channels, so I've started clean with the default command permissions set to all channels off and bot-command channel on.

If I add the moderator channel to the moderator commands

Dyno also adds an override with all channels enabled

Going through and disabling "All Channels" for every command is dull 🤣
Am I doing anything wrong? Or is this a bug maybe?
