To Use the choose variable it appears you would have to type every number out that you want as an option then put it in the variable section. According to the variable reference it should work as so

Go to the channel(s) they can still type in and go to Channel Settings -> Permissions

In the channel your permissions should be as follows:
For All roles except the Muted role Send Messages
For Muted role Send Messages

If it's a private channel your permissions should be as follows:
For the Member role or Access role Send Messages View Channel
For Muted role Send Messages
For @everyone role Send Messages View Channel

Note: If you wish to leave your channel permissions as they are, you can enable the "Remove Roles When Muted" setting under the "Moderation" module settings on the web dashboard to have Dyno remove the user's roles when muting them.

For Dyno to be able to manage or moderate any role, he has to be VISUALLY higher than the role you want him to give or remove on the Roles page of your Server Settings. Otherwise, Dyno will not be able to manage users who have the role.
Note: If you have invited a Premium bot, there will be a second "Dyno" role belonging to the Premium bot!

This is a really odd one for me, I personally would hope if someone can help me with this.

A year ago with an old account, both me and the other person got banned from a server for an argument that spiraled out of nowhere and there was no appeal. Since then, a year forward, I made a new account for a new start, They announced a ban appeal on the Dyno-bot.

I filled out the appeal form with all the details on this account, and Dyno came back 5 minutes later saying I wasn't banned in the first place. I've spoken to the server dev and they said my account is not banned, and my ID isn't on the banned list, but the invite keeps saying i'm banned. I'm getting confused because Dyno cannot register my old or new account userID. and can't find my banned account anywhere within the server.

Is there any suggestion for the dev or moderator to look at the server for?

I know i could put it in the reason for a ban but its a bit of a hassle to paste it in, especially if I'm trying to mass ban a bunch of people quickly incase of a raid so i was wondering if i could put it in like a default of 'user was banned, here's a link' and then the reason

This is for an appeals server link, I know there are appeal forms and we have those but sometimes the bot goes down and sometimes it just doesn't work and i wanted to make it dm a link along with the appeals option just as extra security so there's always an option for someone to appeal even if the appeals form doesn't work.

I have this setup currently, but for some reason, whenever a message is deleted from the channel it observes it's not logging the messages to request-receipts, does anyone know why this might be the case? In the ignored channels I just have every channel but the one I want it to observe listed

I tested it in a test server and it worked, but the premium bot I have setup on the server I'm trying to use just doesn't work..

This is what came back, I did some tinkering with the server owner and now it's appearing to work, we removed the secondary Dyno that got added somehow, double checked the privs on Dyno, and tweaked the manager permissions/Action log actions and got it to finally work. Not sure which step in particular caused the fix, but It's working now which is a plus!

ive noticed when using the additional responses of custom commands,
users that are already preloaded into the channel where said response is sent
are able to see it with no issue

however users that later gain a role to enter said channel space
have to relaunch discord to see the prior message sent,
is there anything that can be done about that or is this just

I was able to solve it, in the custom commands you just need to put “{!warn $1+}” and in allowed roles set the role you want.

We have just added some new mods to our server and they are the same rank in the server as other mods, but they are still unable to use any commands. We have two different Dyno's in our server, a normal branded one, and a custom one. Would this be causing an issue for only a select few mods? Does anyone know how to fix this?
