Hey, I’ve got a weird issue.
I left my test server on my alt account, and now when I try to rejoin, it says “The user is banned from the guild.”
But I checked the ban list from my main (I own the server) and my alt isn’t there.

I also tried using Dyno commands like /unban and ?unban, but Dyno says there’s no ban.
Arcane also doesn’t detect anything. Still, my alt can’t rejoin no matter what.

Is this some kind of hidden ban or bug? Any idea how I can fix this?

As a member, you most likely won’t be able to see the action log channel and a welcome channel can be seen if the server owners want it that way.

These 2 features don’t require a premium feature as well.

If you believed you were mistakenly banned or there was another issue, you must attempt to contact the staff of the server where you were banned. You can ask a friend to do this on your behalf or see if the server has any other social media. If the server has a Dyno appeal form set up, the link would have been DMed to you when you were banned.

As long as the link is similar to the regex, it'll match a variety of patterns that are similar to the link that Love shared. If the domain used to spam is no longer part of discordapp, then of course you'll just have to add a new one.

You actually don't even need Dyno for this, as AutoMod can take care of it. We use both Dyno and AutoMod in a big server.

It's extremely effective at stopping the mr.beast/image spammers in their tracks right away, but some of our users like to attach a lot of screenshots so they get caught in the filter too!

We don't have regex within Dyno, so I am unsure where that other user is getting their information from.

When it comes to our filters, we do not really have a way to filter out what is from "real" users and "scam" users, nor would you really with most other systems.
