I would have a role called "Unverified" and when the user joins they get that role and with that role they can only see 1 channel which will be the verification channel.
And in order to verify, they must type a command which will give them access to the server. Or setup a reaction role message so they will have to react to the message in order to gain the verified role

A user has the "Muted" role but they can still talk!

This is an issue with your channel permissions.
Go to the channel(s) they can still type in and go to Channel Settings -> Permissions

In the channel your permissions should be as follows:
For All roles except the Muted role Send Messages
For Muted role Send Messages

If it's a private channel your permissions should be as follows:
For the Member role or Access role Send Messages View Channel
For Muted role Send Messages
For @everyone role Send Messages View Channel

Note: If you wish to leave your channel permissions as they are, you can enable the "Remove Roles When Muted" setting under the "Moderation" module settings on the web dashboard to have Dyno remove the user's roles when muting them.

Dyno is simply a service used to moderate users, and as such, Dyno Staff cannot help you with moderation issues from other servers. If you believed you were mistakenly banned or there was another issue, you must attempt to contact the staff of the server where you were banned. You can ask a friend to do this on your behalf or see if the server has any other social media. If the server has a Dyno appeal form set up, the link would have been DMed to you when you were banned.

For Dyno to be able to manage or moderate any role, he has to be VISUALLY higher than the role you want him to give or remove on the Roles page of your Server Settings. Otherwise, Dyno will not be able to manage users who have the role.
Note: If you have invited a Premium bot, there will be a second "Dyno" role belonging to the Premium bot!

Hello, I am trying to make a command that chooses from a list of roles and assigns that role to the user. When I put all the choices in one single choose list, command works perfectly, however if I try to make it choose a role from 1 list, then choose a role from a 2nd list, then choose between those two results, it doesn't work. How can I fix that second command, so it works?

Here is the command that works:

It is supposed to make a choice between 3 roles, then make a choice between 2 commands, then make a choice between these 2 chosen roles, and assign that role to the user. But instead of assigning it to the user at that last step, instead it sends the chosen role id as a message.

Hello! I'm an ex-premium subscriber and had a custom Dyno bot doing giveaways.

After my premium expired, I'm unable to continue normal giveaways using the regular Dyno bot due to "Interaction Failed Error" on clicking the button to enter.

Is there any solution to this? The custom bot is still in the server as well but offline. (Side question, if I re-subscribe to premium will it auto-reactivate?)

I can't edit an autoresponder response's embed anymore. It always says Something went wrong. Please try again. when I click Save Response.
The embed has only an author, a footer and a description and I've double-checked that the max length of either isn't exceeded.
I just wanted to add a 7th role mention in the description.

Even if I don't change anything, I get the error upon saving the response.

Is this a known issue?

I added Dyno bot to server and setup antispam rules but I wanted to test it with my alt and Dyno didn't stop my alt from spamming and didn't timeout my alt for it
