Well, the ?delwarn command is a moderator command so they will be able to use it. Instead, you can go to the dashboard and then to your commands and in command settings add the role as an allowed role for any command you want them to be able to use

Well, the command has a set of permissions, and only those with that permissions can use it. So technically speaking, people who have access to these commands are people you trust and not trolls otherwise they wouldn’t have this permission, so they can remove warnings for people if deemed fit and warn people as well

What’s the issue you are facing?

TLDR dyno will sometimes bug out and say that a user has an extra role, only dyno is imagining this role. Due to this non existent role dyno bugs out and will refuse to ban the user due to it being confused and will give out the error "my role is not high enough to ban this user" when it is in fact high enough but the imaginary role will make say it is not. It does not happen to all users it is only some users and is often quite a rare ish bug however servers with more members run into this alot more frequently due to the amount of members there is a higher likely hood of a member being bugged out.

even in big servers it is no where near frequent but it you do run into it slightly more then a server with a lower member count

Also, I did confirm that only dyno sees this non existent role because if you do ?whois on the affected user it will say +1 role higher then they actually have and wont actually show it. The profile of the user only shows the correct amount of roles and if i was to use another bot to do a whois it will show the correct number of roles and will also have no issues banning the user

There is a bug on Discord that is being called "Ghost Roles", when deleted roles are not properly removed from members, this makes it to where they appear to be deleted on the server's end, but on Discord's end they are still there and are persisted on members. This is only really noticeable on a bot who has a whois command.

The only fix for this at the moment is to contact Discord's support and have them "reload" your server. This here is the "chain" you can use in order to get support for it:
Discord's Help & Support → Technical Support → Windows → Servers & Communities → Roles/Permissions
You would then need to fill out the information they require. You can use our whois command as evidence towards there being a Ghost Role within your server.

I would assume that your command looks something like {!role $1.user.id role}. Change it to something like {!role user $1.user.id role} and it won’t happen again.

Admin for Twisted here, wondering if there's anything we can do to minimize Dyno outages for our server.

We have recently began paying for (standard) premium to expand our usage of Dyno as well as to increase its reliability, despite this, Dyno is currently down in the server.

We use the bot for a few role commands and the autodelete functionality as we have an in-house bot for all other functions.

The commands are usually operational during these down periods, but the Auto Delete filters stop working as well as the message logs.

Dyno is simply a service used to moderate users, and as such, Dyno Staff cannot help you with moderation issues from other servers. If you believed you were mistakenly banned or there was another issue, you must attempt to contact the staff of the server where you were banned. You can ask a friend to do this on your behalf or see if the server has any other social media. If the server has a Dyno appeal form set up, the link would have been DMed to you when you were banned.

To make the ?lock and ?lockdown commands work properly so users will not be able to send messages, make sure that the permissions in each channel are set as follows:
For the Dyno role Manage Permissions
For the Muted role Send Messages
For All other roles Send Messages
For the @everyone role Send Messages

I was told my hunter monk that you can kind of set up a verification phase where users or members have to react to roles before perms are turn on to use channel i just need a little help setting it up some of it i find a bit confusing
