   then
2. 2-3 screens with roles
   then
3. info about server, you must be 18, no spam, no blah blah and rules <--- this screen
   then
4. visit and do in channel xyz

when you setup community server this shows up in setup, without cmmunity server this is in the dm/raid protect section (not anymore).

i know its somewhere but where now, changes it some days ago
