But I’m also unsure of whatever message you’re getting so, I can’t really be sure that this is what it’s saying

But there is no such thing as adding a bot to your dms so that’s why I assumed it’s saying to make sure your dms are enabled

(I'll say right away that I'm not the least bit of an advanced Discord user and I don't understand it at all, except at a basic level)

Here's the thing. On May 25th, I temporarily lost my Discord account due to clicking on a fake Discord link. I was able to restore my account only the next morning, and to my surprise, I saw that I had been banned from one of the servers I was on for having a homophobic profile description.

At the moment of restoration, the account already had a different avatar, a different nickname, in short, almost everything was different, including the homophobic profile description (which, I emphasize, WAS NOT WRITTEN BY ME) that was the reason for the ban.

I filed an appeal with a request for notification of whether it was accepted or rejected.
But the problem is that it's been almost the second day since there's been no response or even notice of appeal being considered.

What to do in such a situation? Just wait for who knows what?

If you believed you were mistakenly banned or there was another issue, you must attempt to contact the staff of the server where you were banned. You can ask a friend to do this on your behalf or see if the server has any other social media. If the server has a Dyno appeal form set up, the link would have been DMed to you when you were banned.
