When you get to level 10, you get access to a special channel with different emojis you can click on for different color roles for example. In your case, one could say Master Fisherman and the other could say Artist Chef for instance, depending on the class/job

I could even envision making channels conditional access - if you are Fisherman AND level 10 access this channel, and if you are Chef AND level 10 access that channel (meaning they don't choose their own role from the two, as in the combined channel example)
