Okay so when I first moved in I noticed some things were off and you know bathtubs right at the top they have a hole that if it gets to that point it'll go through the hole into the pipes therefore preventing it from overflowing well in my apartment my bathtub had the hole but no pipe so when water would go through the hole it would leak into the restaurant below me so I would get a text every time that would happen asking why my apartment is leaking and at first I didn't understand what it was I was like oh it's just water on the floor I don't know and instead of my landlord actually trying to figure out why it was leaking he threatened to kick me out he even said to me and I quote the owners just put $250,000 into the business and I'm not going to have you leaking into it. Well when I moved out they got leaks again so he started blaming my other neighbor and she was like it's not us so clearly he didn't know where it was coming from and he failed to look at where it was coming from he always assumed it was me 🤷
