Well the problem he was having and this might be a little bit longer message but he was installing American truck simulator and when he installed it the first version worked but then it broke some way and I don't know if he deleted or tried to reinstall it but he had it a second time and it wouldn't finish because it said he had no disc space but he actually had a external disc block I guess would be the word but anyways so we had technically two versions downloaded but neither one would work so he was deleting one and it was still saying that it was downloaded so I told him go to your control panel and completely uninstall all of them and reinstall it so that there was only one version
