I hide distractions.

If i'm on pc, I do it by closing all non-necessary apps, and usually putting on music.
I also hide the desktops apps with other stuff, like fullscreen spotify, or whatever i'm working on.
Bouts of distractions turn into ''oo good beat'' and then I resume working.

Also helps to have a reminder of ''what you need to do'' nearby

physical or digital notepad with whatever goal or thing you intend to do.
