We generally recommend you keep the regular Dyno in your server. After you have activated and invited Premium, the premium bot will take over all functions either way.

Note: If you upgraded through Discord's App Discovery page, you are required to keep the regular Dyno in your server, otherwise Discord will automatically cancel your subscription
