My first year was chaotic, unorganized, and the timetable changed a lot throughout the year. Databases exam was horrendous got delayed a few hours as they didn't have the accounts set-up correctly and had a fire alarm after they got everything working. I didn't get home until 8 pm that day, and on the exam there are things that were not taught in our course so I got a near pass which was good enough to get into the 2nd year of the course. In data modelling it had to be re done completely because the tutor didn't mark it correctly, took 3 months to get it sorted. One of the tutors only talked about chess all the time as he was a Fide grandmaster. Both of them tutors were gone after a few months.

2nd year was a massive improvement, a lot more organized however could do with a better clarity on how things work etc. We did the cyber security exam in January and later in the year however we didn't do the IT service delivery exam till later in the year as they "didn't have time to do it in January", which is a subject which is basically a combination of other subjects and you don't really learn anything new apart from a different structure. Coursework units were alright, the mobile app development unit was horrendous as instead of using react native or whatever we used flutter and the tutor was only Informed a month before we started going back for the 2nd year, only 1 or 2 people passed on the first submission for the practical part and took months for everyone to re do it and get our results back for most of us scraping a pass with some getting merits and distinctions. The rest of the units were okay.

The Tutors were really good, supportive and helpful. Apart from the 2 I mentioned earlier which were gone within a few months of the first year.

Prices for the food in college are extortioniate do not get your food from there unless you have some sort of discount, bursey ect either bring your own lunch or get it from the shops it's much cheaper and better quality.

As for college facilities outside of lessons, which is lacking severely, for my next few years I will be going to ***** instead of the university centre at ******.

If I remember more to say I'll edit this review, there is a lot of events to mention.
