Dyno Managers have access to the dashboard at https://dyno.gg/, can create/delete custom commands and can use all commands regardless of any other settings or special permissions.

The server owner and any user or role with the Administrator permission are always considered Dyno Managers, thus you can't remove those roles.

Therefore Dyno cannot purge past this point. If you get an error, check if Dyno has both the Manage Messages and Read Message History permissions, or try purging a smaller number. Slowmode is not working

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Make sure the slowmode module is enabled. You can easily check this by running ?diagnose slowmode or /diagnose command_or_module: slowmode for slash commands.
2. Dyno slowmode works by deleting messages, it does not prevent messages from sending like Discord's built-in slowmode. It will not delete the messages of server moderators, admins or the server owner. User Slowmode deletes the messages of a single user if they type over the interval. Channel Slowmode deletes the messages of all users collectively in the channel, so that only 1 person can type per the interval.
3. If you would like to use Discord's built-in slowmode, you can use the discord subcommand.

Required Permissions

If Dyno does not have the Administrator permission, make sure Dyno's role has the following permissions in the relevant channel(s):

Manage Permissions

Can't rejoin after ban was revoked?

We use Discord to ban users, so if the user can not rejoin after being unbanned then they more then likely have an alt banned within the server. This is due to the fact that discord bans are IP based.

We are unable to assist with this as it falls onto Discord's systems and not Dyno's.

How do I create an Autoresponder?

Configuring The Module

1. Head to the dashboard, log in and select your server.
2. Select the Modules tab and click on Autoresponder

• Ensure the module is enabled, otherwise Autoresponder will not work!

3. Select Add response, input the trigger you want Dyno to respond to, and select the type of response you want Dyno to send

• If you want Dyno to respond to any part of the message, enable the Wildcard option

4. Enter the message you want Dyno to send. If you selected Reaction Response, select the emojis you want Dyno to react with

• If you selected Embed Response, please see here for configuration details and limitations

5. Set any allowed/ignored channels or roles if required, then click Add Response.

Things To Note

• Dyno will not respond to himself or other bots.
• You can use {*} to make Dyno respond to any text message sent in a channel.
• You can only have one of each autoresponder trigger, even if they're for different purposes.

Required Permissions

If Dyno does not have the Administrator permission, make sure Dyno has the following permissions:

How 2 Change Muted Role

If you would like Dyno to use an existing role for mute:
1. Delete the current Muted role used by Dyno.
2. Rename the role you want Dyno to use to Muted.
3. Mute a user.
4. Dyno should now use the existing Muted role.
5. You can now rename the existing role back to the original name.

• Premium Dyno however will cache the last 100 messages per channel.
