my friend, if u wish to learn more u should start by watching some fpl creators

i can recomend fpl harry for that, i dont watch any but only because ive played for years

but u want 1. players who you know start and play most of the minutes every game, 2. players who have returned a decent rate/accrued decent points and 3. players from good teams

with people like hato, nichols, zubimendi, you have 3. players from good teams. but not 1 or 2, they dont even start, so will get u 0 points every week

same with zubimendi, he plays for a good teams and plays most games, but he doesn't play all of them like someone such as rice, or saka. furthermore, hes a defensive midfielder so he doesn't 2. return points

ur west ham defenders are examples of 3. player su dont want because they play for a team thats terrible, west ham are the 3rd worst defence in the league so will not get many points

options like ekitike, woltemade, obviously haaland, saka,bruno g, and maybe wirtz (but he hasn't been returning) are decent assets

i would recomend u wildcard and try and pick players that satisfy these requirements.
