Midfield Semenyo is fine acc to me so is Saka, but remove Reijnders and maybe bring someone mid priced but decent point return guy like Caicedo?
My midfield is itself shaky so I don't have many suggestions for midfield sorry about that

Semenyo, Rice, Caicedo, Mbeumo and Minteh/Wieffer: 35.3m/34.2m
Forwards: Haaland, Mateta, Kroupi: 27.3m
Defenders: Gabriel, Senesi, VDV, Timber, Guehi: 27.5m
Goalkeepers: Dubravka and Sanchez is 8.8
ITB: 1.1m considering the purse to be 100m, 2.2 if you use Wieffer instead
