I would change to other defenders since leicester is really doing bad.
you can sell Saliba since Gabriel is injury and their clean sheet is not guarnteed anymore. So, I would sell Saliba and get like Munoz, Liver from new castle, Milenkovic and sell vvd to get Konate and you will have free coins to get other like Cucurella. and also Sar or Eze for crystal palace for double gameweek
